Yellow Bird Hotel

Spacious rooms with lovely terrace. Fabulous sunset view. Good drinks and food. People were helpful and gave good advice. Short walk to 2 lovely beaches.

It is a true botique hotel even though that isn't in the adverts. A great sea view over the pool with a kitchenette and a very fairly priced dining area checks off all the boxes for me. One caveate is their is no elevator so if stairs aren't your friend ask for a ground floor room. We had a top floor and a helpful guy carried our luggage. There is a mini-mart nearby if you want to take advantage of the fridge and stove. Coffe maker in the room was great.

A perfect location opposite a small bay with wonderful sea views and well equipped rooms kept exceptionally clean. What makes this hotel really special though is the staff in all roles who genuinely enjoy interacting with people to make it a pleasant stay. The hotel is so friendly and welcoming and they encourage all the guests to interact with each other too especially at the weekly rum party making for a wonderful atmosphere. It is why we keep returning year on year and long may it continue.

Stayed here for 2 weeks in January, brilliant location with spectacular views from the balcony. Spacious room , comfortable bed, lovely walk in shower, spotlessly clean. Never had a problem getting a subbed, had a breakfast and evening meal there overlooking the pool, great food and the staff were lovely, helpfull and friendly, wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

2nd visit, just as good. Top floor excellent views across st Lawrence bay so chilled to relax and have a few rums and a game of dominoes. The rooms are spotless and spacious and you get your steps in as there is no lift lol. The staff are friendly and welcoming and always willing to help. The restaurant food is tasty and drinks refreshing. Love the swimming pool and always managed to get beds. Another wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

What an amazing experience. The best location for dining and transportation. The best views by far. The very Best staff. I had an incredible time and will book here again and again. Thank you all!

We absolutely love this hotel, especially the spectacular ocean view from our balcony.
The Bajan warmth and hospitality are truly unmatched. Service is impeccable, always delivered with genuine smiles and care.
It was a special birthday for my husband, and the team went above and beyond to make it extra special, something we’ll never forget. We were genuinely sad to leave.
We’ll definitely be back in January 2028 for a longer stay.

What a great hotel. The employees are so friendly. We also enjoyed the restaurant. It is expensive but so is everything in Barbados.

location excellent walking distance to local bars and restaurants. the room was spacious and the small kitchenette was good. the view lovey overlooking the Caribbean sea.

Very comfortable room with plenty of space and a great balcony with views over the sea and all the street life below. The pool is lovely. There are good beaches within 10 minutes walk and lots of bars and restaurants. The local buses along the coast into Bridgetown run every few minutes and the bus stop is 30 seconds away.

Location was amazing. Staff were super helpful.

Le mobilier est de qualité, petite terrasse, cuisine bien équipée, salle d'eau avec Shampooing et gel douche.

L'hôtel est situé face à la mer dans un secteur vivant le soir, ce qui permet à pieds de se restaurer et sortir boire un verre..
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux ! Le personnel au top!

Our recent trip to Barbados ended with flight disruption for our return to the U.S. Yellowbird to the rescue! We booked 3 nights here and the accomodations were just lovely. Our room was more than we could have hoped for and included a complete kitchenette. Super comfortable bed and lovely balcony with a great seaview added to the charm. The staff was lovely and made us feel right at home. And the restaurant served the best fishcakes!!!
