Loved almost everything room restroom.
The garage seemed very cramped and parking very close. Garage seemed dark and creepy. Lobby ceiling seemed like it needed work done.
The location is fine, central, near good restaurants
The stench of mildew and Fabuloso was more than l could handle. I could not stay there. I was in the room only a few hours before my allergies became inflamed and l had to leave. I needed the wifi for work, but it was so slow that it wasn’t able to support the work l had to do. Overall, the entire experience was a waste of money.
Staff was very accommodating and responsive when called. Each time we requested for towels (typhoon stay so the floors would be slippery due to moisture) they would send someone to drop off the items we requested in little to no wait time. My family has always loved booking this hotel and we don't plan to change that anytime soon. Thank you, Royal Orchid!
Remote not working
The room is nice.
The elevator in the ground floor that connected to the rooms are way in the back.
Nothing
Musty smell hidden with the smell of cleaning agents. The room didn’t have a hot water knob on the shower so couldn’t take a hot shower. The WiFi login didn’t work. There was a sign in the elevator saying it wasn’t safe above the 6th floor. The towels were yellow and not white. The guest next door were drunk and swearing at each other and ended up taunting us as we left in the early morning by pounding on the walls…possibly drunk from the bar downstairs from the conversations they were having. The worst experience ever. I wouldn’t stay here if it was free.
