Pros:

We liked only location.

Cons:

The front desk lady (her name was Sherry i guess) was rude. When I was booking it said the room with a bay view, but it’s not actually bay view, you have to go outside to see the view. Can’t see from your room’s tiny ass the only one window! Feels like staying in the prison cell. The room was expensive but for what?doesn’t worth it, only maybe location worth it. Super loud at night, feels like u r staying in a students’ dormitory.

Great location! Wish I could've parked longer.
Pros:

The locations was excellent. It was a quick walk to the fort and it was right in the middle of the Night of Lights locations.

Breakfast is included. It was a bag with water, a muffin, and a breakfast bar.

Cons:

I asked if I could leave my car parked there after check-out. I figured if the next group didn't check-in until 3:00, why couldn't I leave my car there until 2:00? I asked and they said they'd need the spaces. We walked by the hotel after checkout around 12:00 and again at 2:00. Both times their lot was almost empty. It wouldn't have hurt them to let us stay parked. It cost us $20 and the hassle to move our car to the St. Augustine lot.

Stay elsewhere unless you like cramped quarters!
Pros:

Tiny, tiny rooms & bathrooms. We could hear people all night long, so certainly not a quiet place to relax.
Our air conditioner, which was very loud, came on and off about every 5 minutes all night.
Don’t waste your money staying here unless you really, really want a good location. Parking is a nightmare & they charge you extra just to park your car.

Amazing property, amazing room, amazing staff!!
Pros:

Friendly staff everyone was so welcoming. The grounds felt safe as there was constantly staff available on the grounds securing the area. 100% will return here.

Cons:

It is in the heart of downtown, we did not mind the noise but if you need silence definitely not your place! But it wasn’t horrible nothing to complain about for us.

Muy buena estadia en una ciudad increible
Pros:

El hotel estaba ubicado en el centro de la parte historica de la ciudad lo cual lo hacia excelente para moverse caminando a la mayoria de los puntos historicos. Ademas se encuentra a la vuelta de la calle peatonal con muchas opciones gastronomicas. El trolley pasa por la puerta, lo cual suma una alternativa mas de transporte.
La atencion a mi llegada (que fue tarde a la noche) fue inmediata y muy amable. La habitacion estaba lista.

Cons:

La parte negativa es que, al estar en una zona tan transitada, por momentos hay mucho ruido. Sin embargo, se puede descansar. El otro punto negativo es que no tienen servicio de comida en el lugar.

Pleasant experience in clean comfortable room
Pros:

Clean bath, modern decor, quiet room, comfortable bed, convenient self-parking, safe lighting, nice 2nd floor deck overlooking waterfront, friendly staff, helpful literature, handy grab-&-go bags, wonderful location, great breakfast cafe next door (Mary's Harbor View), cheaper and just as enjoyable as last year at Hilton !
