Pros:

The location

Cons:

They were very late in having our room ready. It would have been nice customer service if they asked housekeeping to do our rooms while we were waiting to get us in quicker. They also didn't have restrooms for guests while we were waiting. The place is very limited as far as guest features.

Great place if you can deal with party noise
Pros:

Location is excellent. Easy to get to all local attractions. Walk to most attractions and restaurants. Short drive to ocean beaches. Staff is helpful and accommodating

Cons:

Noisy till 1am on weekends. Loud bands at nearby properties makes sleeping difficult. BW provides free ear plugs which help some.

Would possibly stay again but second floor on the other side.
Pros:

The location is amazing. I could walk to everything. The shower was also impressive. Great water pressure and temperature.

The blonde lady that checked us in was very helpful and kind.

Cons:

The room we stayed in shared a wall with the street. It was ridiculously loud and smelly. The dumpster from the bar across the way had a fan blowing in to our corridor and it was foul! There were loud motorcycles and bass music shaking our room until about 2am. That was quite annoying.

The AC was far over by the bathroom and couldn’t cool the room to our liking. It was also very humid in the room so the bed felt wet.

The lady who checked us in was amazing but I went back to purchase trolley tickets and that lady was rude and very unhelpful. She was rude to the person in front of us as well.

Great location to explore St. Augustine!
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect. The hotel was walking distance to everything. There was no need to drive our car during our stay.

Cons:

Our original room’s AC was not working as it should and we had to switch rooms. The bathroom was very small.

Pros:

Nice and clean, walking to everything in old town. In the center of everything.

Cons:

Noisy. Live music from bar next door, expected on weekend nights. Busy main street out front.
$25 PER NIGHT parking fee. It was in the hotel description, but I had to look for it pretty deep into the amenities.
