Poor value, bedrooms need refurbishment also

There were no facilities as the place is being refurbished. An email was sent after the booking stating some reports but not to the extent that I discovered when we arrived! There was also a scaffold right outside the room on 5th floor with contractors waking us up at 7.30-8am. The price should reflect all the issues. The room next door had only children in it who were left unaccompanied and they were noisy until 2am. Walls were paper thin between bedrooms

For a few short nights it sufficed because the location was great and the beds were clean and comfy!
Pros:

Great location and lobby is nice. Size of the room and bathroom was good too.

Cons:

The room's finishing, like the walls in the room and around the shower, was very sloppy. Carpet also dirty-looking. Lots of scratches and stains everywhere. Very old television. No amenities. Overall, just very old and outdated.
