Bearable but could most definitely improve
Pros:

The location. That’s it.

Cons:

First and foremost, they’re remodelling. And not that it is a problem essentially, but the facilities’s passages were a bit bad for transit. It didn’t look good for the hotel. The door’s lock didn’t full work, because it didn’t close all the way til the end. I spoke with one of the receptionists to have it checked out and they did nothing. The door remained with the same problem. I believe all the doors from the hotel had the same issue and the excuse was that the door could only be opened from the outside if they had a key card, but I don’t think any guest should trust any hotel enough to sleep peacefully with a door that doesn’t fully lock in a place any one from the staff can have access to the master key to all the rooms. It’s dangerous and very nonsensical. It doesn’t give a trustworthy appearance at all. Apart from that, the flush on the toilet was not working properly and the shower support was broken, so every time we turned the shower on, the shower head jumped from the support due to the power of the water coming through and it ended up harming one of us.

Pros:

Lo elegí nuevamente porque nos gustó las instalaciones y el desayuno. Esta vez no tenia ni desayuno ni comfort porque estaba en remodelación, cosa que nos debían haber dicho antes de alquilar para tener la oportunidad de elegir algo diferente.

Cons:

Que no me avisen lo que NO se podía utilizar.

Das Hotel wird aktuell umgebaut. Ist auch notwendig, da die Zimmer langsam eine Renovierung benötigen.

A very, very disappointing stay
Cons:

Our rating is negative. First of all, and very important, when making the reservation, it was not reported that the hotel is under general renovation, which is highly incorrect.
Once the reservation was made and paid, then they would inform about works. They gave you four hours to cancel de reservation at no cost. Untrue; it was impossible without a high penalty.
The hotel is not in a condition to be open to the public. The small space that serves at a hall it does not have a bare minimum; even it does not have a toilet. The rooms were small and the bathroom had
mold.
The attention was good, howewer, and it is sad to say, we absolutely advise against it.

No breakfast. Location good

Cons:

The hotel was under construction. The entrance which is down the block from where we were dropped by cab at the address listed has stairs and no attendant to help carry the luggage up the stairs. Getting to the room is serpentine, again with stairs pulling luggage. The first time we left the room to reach the lobby we made a couple of false turns. There were no signs pointing us out. If there had been a fire we would have burned.
The soundproofing between floors was poor

Once the refurbishment is completed I think this will be a great place to stay in London

Cons:

Currently under a big refurbishment which we only discovered after we had booked. No soap in the bathroom.
