Was good and convenient to where we needed to be
Pros:

It was clean and convenient to downtown and the Furman.

Cons:

Staff after 9 seemed to disappear. Pool was closed and website didn’t mention that. One main reason I picked this hotel. Didn’t receive housekeeping and asked for towels 2x and never received

Cons:

The TV was not in working order. No one told us the room keys could not be near your phone. My husband corrected the toilet that the water was running all the time.

It was not pleasant due to staff being unconcerned about non-working tv, uncleaned room

Great one night stay very clean and roomy!!

Very clean and staff was super accommodating.

The location was hard to find since the gps takes you down the road.

Property was nice and clean

Cons:

We prepaid for our room before we got there and then they charged us again. The hotel said they had no confirmation from booking that we had paid even though I had an email with a confirmation number that we had paid and also my banking statement that showed we had already paid. The hotel said we needed to contact booking for a refund. I have already sent in a request to have someone with customer service call me back with a solution

My First Time In South Carolina
Pros:

The Location was good. The environment that very homey.

Cons:

There was a small incident with the elevator and it seem.like their was some confusion on how to resolved the issue but it ended being resolved and I would still come back this location because I did enjoy myself

Decent price for a weekend stay.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and professional. The hotel provides a lite breakfast scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, cereal, fruit, pastries, yogurt, toast, juices, coffee, and tea They provided assistance and/or answered question as needed. There are a lot of non-chain eating spots and a few chain spots within a couple of miles of the hotel. Good room and location was clean and looks fairly new and/or maintained
