Empfehlenswertes Hotel!
Pros:

Hat alles soweit gut gepasst.
Schöne Lage und nette saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Wenn man bei Halbpension 1 Stunde nach Buffetöffnung zum Essen kommt sind teilweise Hauptspeisen und Nachtisch bereits vergriffen > kennen wir so nicht!
Gemüse war oftmals total verkocht.
Im Fitnessraum fehlt Langhantel mit entsprechenden Scheiben.

Hallo. An der Unterkunft hat uns das Frühstück nicht zu gesagt,für ein 4 Sternehotel hätte ich mehr erwartet. Als wir angekommen sind wurde uns gesagt das sie Saunalandschaft gerade umgebaut wird,darüber waren wir sehr verwundert. Bei dem vielen Geld was wir dafür bezahlt haben.

Cons:

Wir waren bereits Wochen vor unserem geplanten Restaurantbesuch persönlich vor Ort, um abzuklären, ob wir gemeinsam mit unserem Hund im Restaurant speisen können. Uns war wichtig, nicht in der Hotellobby zu sitzen, da diese auf uns eher kühl und wenig gemütlich wirkt. Der Mitarbeiter des Restaurants versicherte uns ausdrücklich, dass ein Platz im Restaurant mit Hund kein Problem sei, und nahm unsere Reservierung entsprechend entgegen.

Hätte man uns bereits damals mitgeteilt, dass ausschließlich die Lobby infrage kommt – wie es der Hotelempfang offenbar ohnehin vermutete –, hätten wir selbstverständlich ein anderes Restaurant ausgewählt.

Als wir am Tag unserer Reservierung ankamen, wurde uns dann jedoch ausschließlich ein Platz in der Lobby angeboten. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass wir dies Wochen zuvor mit einem Mitarbeiter des Restaurants anders vereinbart hatten, reagierte eine Mitarbeiterin sehr schroff und erklärte mir, sie glaube mir das nicht. Ich machte sie darauf aufmerksam, dass ich ihren Ton für unangemessen halte, was sie jedoch völlig unbeeindruckt ließ.

Am Ende wurde ich als Lügnerin hingestellt, anstatt das Missverständnis kundenorientiert zu klären oder sich zumindest für die entstandene Situation zu entschuldigen. Dieses Verhalten empfand ich als äußerst respektlos und unangenehm.

Wir haben das Hotel daraufhin verlassen und uns spontan für ein anderes Restaurant entschieden. Wirklich schade – nicht wegen der Regelung mit dem Hund, sondern wegen der Art und Weise, wie mit uns umgegangen wurde.

Pros:

Alles war sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.
