Pool und Sauna Frühstück war auch in ordnung.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht immer vor Ort. Wenn man angerufen hat ging auch niemand ans Telefon. Dann habe ich am Anreise Tag bescheid gesagt das ein Stuhl kaputt ist da wurde sich auch nicht drum gekümmert, der stand an Tag 4 der Abreise noch im Zimmer.

Bei unserem Aufenthalt hat uns so wenig gefallen, dass wir direkt wieder abgereist sind.

Cons:

Es handelt sich um eine extrem in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft, welch schon aufgrund ihrer Lage nicht zu empfelhen ist! In Wismar findet man wesentlich schönere richtige Hotels. Diese Unterkunft erinnert eher an eine Jugendherberge oder ein Altenpflegeheim. Die Ausstattung war alt und abgewohnt. Der Geruch im Gebäude sehr unangenehm und die Umgebung wirklich nicht schön.

Das Hotel ist veraltet. Es ist schwierig sich mit dem Personal deutsch zu unterhalten. Das Frühstück war einfach nur schlecht. Es fehlte an den einfachsten Sachen. Das Beste vom Hotel ist der Wellnessbereich.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig.
Besonders schön und erholsam war der Wellbessbereich.

Cons:

Die Teppichböden waren teilweise renovierungsbedürftig.

Hätte für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ein anderes Ambiente erwartet

barrierefreies Bad, ruhige Lage, ruhiges Zimmer

Cons:

Das gesamte Hotel scheint etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Löcher im Fußboden, viele kleine Beschädigungen /Abnutzungen an Mobiliar und Ausstattung, stellenweise etwas schmuddelig, Fitnessbereich besteht aus genau 3 Geräten,
sehr wenige Duschen im Wellnessbereich

Erst nach dem wir ein gereinigtes Zimmer gesehen haben,waren wir damit einverstanden.Wenn Busse mit Gästen im Hotel waren , war das Frühstück gegen 08.45 für die anderen Gäste weg (keine Auflage/Brot/Brötchen) 2 Tage .Selbst das Personal am Empfang klagte über Personalmangel.(teilw. ohne Deutsch/Englischkenntnisse)Stolpergefahr auf dem Flurzum Zimmer 272.Hoher Clorgeruch im Bad.Forderung von Zusatzkosten angebl. für Booking.com.(Abgelehnt). Es waren nur Zimmer mit Badewanne ( zu hoher Einstieg nicht rutschfest /82Jahre)

Anstrengend und nervenaufreibend
Pros:

Frühstück war gut. Sauna, Pool und Fitness kostenlos nutzbar.

Cons:

Bekomme keine Rechnung für meine Firma. Seit 5 Tagen rufe ich mehrmals am Tag an und keiner ist erreichbar. Per E-Mail bekommt man auch keine Antwort. Sehr schlechter Kunden Umgang.
