Das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Ansonsten war das Ganze wirklich gut bis sehr gut.

Espace spa sympa, pas très grand (un sauna, un hammam, une grotte de sel et une piscine) mais belle ambiance, bien décoré.

Pas de téléphone dans la chambre, pas de room service, pas de machine à café, pas de minibar
Lits et oreillers trop mous donc mal de dos
Un bar fermé sur deux et l'autre avec des horaires stupides; par manque de personnel mais l'hôtel est plein
Parking trop petit et difficile d'accès
Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais une résidence senior sans services. Le personnel s'en fous complètement !

Das Buffet, morgens und abends, war in Ordnung, vielfältig und ausreichend. Zwar wurde einmal der Wein in Biergläsern serviert, mit der Begründung, wir haben zuwenig Weingläser, alle seien in der Spüle.
Das Zimmer war sauber, der Duschschlauch bei Beginn schon defekt und wurde auch bis Ende Woche nicht ersetzt. Die Dusch-Handtücher waren etwas veraltet, ausgefranst oder sogar defekt.
Die Betten gut; die am zweiten Tag verlangte Reinigung war halbfertig.
Das Wlan hat auch nur teils zeit und je nach Ort funktioniert, war für mich aber nebensächlich.
Die Angebote vom Spa haben preislich laut Internet, wo man den Termin reservieren durfte, mit dem aufgelegten Spa-Büchlein auch nicht überein gestimmt.
Das Personal war nett und freundlich.

This was a very relaxing hotel that was close to everything in town. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations for our first family vacation to Germany.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Zimmer war klein, aber gepflegt.
Der Spa Bereich bietet trotz Renovierung noch Luft nach oben( fehlende WC‘s, Sauna Nutzung vor 15Uhr)
Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind für die Größe heutiger Fahrzeuge deutlich zu eng.
Die Lage des Hotels ist super, der Ort ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Nicht so gut gefallen hat mir, dass der Aussenbereich zum Frühstücken aufgrund einer Hochzeit zwei Tage für alle anderen Gäste gesperrt war. Schließlich ist der Preis für das Hotel ja für alle ( nach Kategorie) gleich😉. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel aber weiter empfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes elegantes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und erstklassigem Service. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Ich hatte ein schönes ruhiges Zimmer und ein sehr bequemes Bett. Alles ist sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Wellness-Bereich und eine sehr gepflegt Außenanlage mit Terrassen.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Mit einfachen Maßnahmen könnte jedoch viel verbessert werden (z.B. "Wollmäuse" im Schwimmbecken, Fliesenreste und Winterschmutz auf dem Balkon)

lugar incrível, o hotel por fora parece simples mas por dentro e lindo, a sala de recepção e maravilhosa, a parte da piscina aquecida e saunas muito agradável. O quarto, roupa de cama, banheiro com ducha perfeito, tudo tudo maravilhoso. café da manhã com variedades de queijos, presuntos, geleias, pães e frutas. Um cantinho com salsichas, ovos mexidos, ovos cozidos e batatinhas. Como chegamos tarde, pegamos um buffet maravilhoso com um bife perfeito, pelo preço de 28euros por pessoa, com direito a sobremesa. Voltaria a ficar lá com certeza.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Man sieht überall das es Renoviert werden müsste. Die Sauberkeit im Haus ist gegeben aber mit Luft nach oben. Jederzeit würde ich es wieder buchen, da das Personal gut war und alles in allem professionell abgehandelt wurde.
