Pros:

I stayed listened year during the renevations. Service was great. This year TV did not wirk, coffee maker did not work and staff not friendky. I sigbed up for the IGH membership and gave the credir card. The clerk could not find my membership so I was charged for early check in and the credit card did not work.The breakfast was not as good as listened year. Less choice

Convenient and reasonable place to stay.
Pros:

The staff were very nice. The room looked really nice and clean but the heater/air conditioner didn’t work well. It was way too hot. The staff said to turn the fan to high and that worked for about half an hour. Then it got way too hot again. We finally just unplugged it.

See above. Also, no dark coffee. Fortunately there are good options nearby.

Very clean cozy room.
Pros:

The hotel is under new management. The rooms have been updated and are spotless!!

Cons:

There was a problem with the breakfast again (we stayed at this property last year). I think they were under staffed again. They advise breakfast @ 7 but didn’t open until 7:45. Not an issue for us, (McDonald’s is up the street) but for someone with a tighter schedule it might be an issue.

Perfect from start to end
Pros:

The property was in a great location and well lit. The rooms were very bright and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. We were extremely happy with our stay!
