I was charged to check in early I happened to get to the hotel around 11:30am and wanted to be able to drop our things before going to the king of Prussia Mall. I did not request it prior I just asked if the room happened to be done. The front desk girl told me yes a room was ready that I would need to pay $55 + tax EXTRA. while I paid it I am furious. I worked in the hospitality industry for many years and NEVER heard of an early check in charge. Late check out sure. I will be contacting the hotel brand.

What we needed.
Pros:

The room was clean and looked recently renovated. It had a mini fridge, a microwave, a hair dryer, and an iron. There was guest laundry and a small gym. The breakfast options were quite decent.

Cons:

The elevator looked very old and moved very slowly. We weren’t sure we could trust it at first, but we did use it without issues.

Cons:

The owner of the franchise Vimal. Very rude arrogant. Did not want to help us when we arrived just about midnight and basically told us to find another place to stay! Travelling with two children on top of that. According to him, there is NO OTHER WAY THAN TO TAP YOUR CARD TO PAY FOR A RESERVATION! Very False… plus when we asked if he was the manger, he said no and WITH HELD THE FACT HE WAS Actually the OWNER!

Pros:

The front desk lady when I checked in was soo nice. She explained the charges. She was very helpful and pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were soft. The room was nice and the mostly clean. I would stay again.

Cons:

There was a different front desk person when I checked out. She was on the phone for awhile. So, I dropped the cards off and left. She didn't seen very attentive. The shower wasn't that clean.

El hotel cumplió con las expectativas. Habitación amplia, baño en buenas condiciones, 2 camas cómodas.

El desayuno de muy buena calidad relación calidad-precio.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, el departamento de reservas hace que la calificación del hotel sea más baja. Fue un completo horror conseguir modificar las fechas de la reserva realizada. Estuve mas de mes y medio escribiendo al hotel, intentando modificar las fechas por Booking y jamas nadie contesto. Milagrosamente, tras mas de 10 llamadas a Booking y al hotel la noche anterior a nuestra llegada, tras la amenaza de cancelación, consegui modificar la reserva.

Si, se equivocan con la fecha de reserva o les surge cualquier imprevisto, tengan paciencia e insistencia para conseguir una modificación en su reserva.

Door was difficult to open to get into room, no one on site could fix it during the stay.

Location was great.

Cons:

Door to room was difficult to open. Asked at desk to have someone look at it, and they said they don't have a facility person on site to do so. In-laws are 83 years old, and my mother-in-law could not open the door by herself.
