I was given a room which was furthest from the reception,obviously I was disappointed as the surpris

Cons:

When I phoned,I told them I was 88 years old and we were celebrating 56 years of married life I requested floral leaves on my bed and a bottle of wine,which I was prepared to pay.We were given a room up 2 or 3 flights of stairs.I complained.

Our stay at Lanzerac during our honeymoon was truly unforgettable. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end and couldn’t have wished for a more special place to celebrate this beautiful chapter of our lives.
The stunning surroundings, elegant atmosphere, exceptional service, and attention to detail made our stay absolutely perfect. Every moment felt special, and we were able to relax, enjoy the beauty of the estate, and create memories that we will cherish forever.

Lanzerac is a truly exceptional place, and we are incredibly grateful for the wonderful experience we had. We would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway.

Pros:

I loved the Hotel — it's set on a historic property, on a 300-year-old wine estate in the Cape Winelands, with beautiful architecture, views of the vineyards, landscaped gardens, and the Helderberg Mountains, a full spa, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hot tub, 2 restaurants, with breakfast included, with a highlight being the amenities that came with a bottle of wine (rating 10), comfort (rating 10), , Super attentive and kind staff(10).

Pros:

The best feature of this property is definitely the location. It is absolutely perfectly situated just at the edge of Stellenbosch town, within walking distance and it’s also close to a few great hiking trails and other wine farms etc. The property was so nostalgic for me and it was lovely coming back. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the rooms are decorated beautifully fitting the hotel style.
