Pros:

The room was okay.

Cons:

Hotel was under construction, so that was an inconvenience. Pool was closed, so we had to go next door to swim.

Pros:

Our room accommodation & customer service was great!

Cons:

I would’ve appreciated being notified that there was construction going on making us utilize an adjoining hotels pool & restaurant. Plus, upon checkout my card had been charged multiple times due to what I believe to be an error with your system. The multiple times attempted created an alert on my card which in turn activated possible fraud & I had to use another form of payment.
