Sam hotel może być, ale obsługa baru fatalna. Powolna i bardzo rozkapryszona. Na podanie powa trzeba czekać godzinę

Rust en vriendelijkheid personeel.
Pros:

Onthaal en balie: supervriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Ontbijt: prima!
Overdekt buitenzwembad.

Cons:

Badkamer: wat oudbollig. Aan vernieuwing toe.
Wellness: enkel de sauna werkte, niet het Turks bad, niet de jacuzzi. Beide ‘in onderhoud’.
Parking: gratis maar onvoldoende plaatsen
Avondmaal: minimale portie.

Lækker morgenmad. Flot sted.
Pros:

God beliggenhed. Virkelig lækker morgenmad med lokale kager, dejligt frugt og god espresso.

Cons:

Lidt koldt om natten på værelset.

Nechápu majitele, hezké místo, hrozná údržba, děsivý stav ... parkoviště, bazén, pokoj ...
Pros:

Nebýt hodných lidí - pán u snídaní, pán na baru, paní vedoucí recepce, nestálo by to už vůbec za nic. Chutnalo nám jídlo.

Cons:

Nebyl žádný výhled do krajiny, koukali jsme 4 metry vysoké zdi !!!
Kvalita pokoje - opadávající omítky, protečený strop, dveře na balkon nešli zavřít, atd. Děsivé pak bylo blikající čidlo nad postelí, takže dokud jsme to nezalepili, nedalo se spát ... Slyšíte úplně všechno. Paní na recepci se nám po dvou dnech snažila dát jiný pokoj, my doufali, že to někdo přijde alespoň poopravit a že se nebudeme muset stěhovat ... 2x jsme žádali recepci o doplnění ramínek na šaty, ani to mladíci na recepci nezvládli ...

Posizione perfetta per girare l'isola, colazione molto buona e ricca, camere pulite

Cons:

I materassi sono ancora a molle, manca il bollitore in camera, nessun spazzolino o kit pulizia in camera, camere un po' datate, serratura da rivedere, insonorizzazione scarsa

Spa faciliteiten minimaal en overall erg "outdated". Hotel kan een flinke upgrade gebruiken.
Pros:

de barkeeper "Arnold". Nice guy.

Cons:

de saunavloer was echt heel vies. Het afvoerputje was nog viezer. Terwijl de schoonmaker elke dag de hotelkamers grondig kwamen schoonmaken, vergaten ze de sauna en de vloer rondom het zwembad.

Beautiful scenery, very outdated hotel - NOT 4 STARS.
Pros:

Only good thing about this hotel is the beautiful location and you can drive to almost any part of the island within an hour. Our room was also very clwan and cleaned well every day.

Cons:

The hotel is on serious need of renovation. Extremely outdated.

Understaffed at breakfast, no cutlery on most tables & tables not cleared efficebtly. Buffet selection was very poor, eggs cooked to order were undercooked.

The jacuzzi & Turkish baths were both off and sauna was 5€ per person to use. The gym had the bear minimum... Also extremely outdated and musty/damp air smell in the room.

I can forgive the outdated wooden decore in the rooms that could almost be charming except the Aircon didn't work, the mattresses were TERRIBLE... Need replacing ASAP and the lamp shades were all damp stained and broken.

Honestly, this is not a 4 star hotel, 1 star in my eyes. It's a shame because it has such potential.

Séjour agréable dans ce bel hôtel
Pros:

Très belle chambre avec balcon, vue sur piscine et nature. Grande salle de bains, propre et fonctionnelle, comme le reste de la chambre. Parking au sein de l'établissement, très pratique pour la voiture de location. L'accueil a été vraiment très agréable, avec un verre de vin de Madère à déguster. Jolie salle de petit-déjeuner, avec du personnel attentif, et un petit-déjeuner très varié et de qualité : excellent pour bien débuter la journée, surtout avant une randonnée ! Situation géographique intéressante pour découvrir le nord et le centre de l'île.

Cons:

Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre. Si on veut avoir un thé, il faut aller au bar de l'hôtel. Après une journée de visites ou de rando, on préférerait pouvoir rester tranquillement dans la chambre, après avoir pris une bonne douche. Mais finalement, aller au bar, discuter un peu avec le barman sympathique et serviable et déguster son cocktail ou son thé dans le salon ou au bord de la piscine a été une expérience agréable.
Petite odeur désagréable (d'égout) dans la salle de bains, après l'avoir utilisée : il y avait un problème de plomberie dans notre chambre mais comme nous étions souvent sortis pour nos visites/randos, nous n'avons pas évoqué le problème avec le personnel.

4 star hotel has 3 sets of utensils at each meal but can't allow teapot and slippers in the room
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful view; rooms are clean and well kept; breakfasts and dinners are great; staff is very nice and helpful

Cons:

The building and furniture are dated, expect chipped wood and a lil' corrosion here and there; amenities common to a 3 star hotel, such as tea and kettle, slippers, safe locker, are either absent or paywalled; location, while beautiful, lacks infrastructure, you get stranded if you don't have a car

At least the views are great
Pros:

The location and view from the room were amazing. Large room and bed, with a balcony facing the mountains.
Good breakfast, but not too many options to choose from.
Small pool with sunbeds.
Cute, extremly friendly cat, Oscar.
Gym is small, but good enough, I guess.

Cons:

We arrived at 1:55pm, check-in is from 2pm. And the staff in the reception made us wait another 15mins, because we arrived too early. I did not appreciate it at all.
All the furniture is noisy, as well as the door, which besides being squeaky, also makes loud sounds to confirm you opened it and to notify your door is still open. Which can be good, but not if you want to wait for 10 seconds for the other person to get out of the room and you end up informing the whole.floor about it. Of course nothing is sound proof, so not only did you hear all these noises in your room, but all these noises from your neighbors as well. Each drawer, each door, every move.
Eggshells in the omelette every single day. Unbelievable, must be a record!
Sauna was "under maintenance" throughout our whole 5 night stay. Of course the price did not reflect the fact that you can't use parts of the facilities they say they offer at booking time.
Mini golf course and table tennis exist, but do not look great. We got exactly 0 information about the facilities at check in, so I can't tell if those were "under maintenance" as well.
There seemed to be some other restaurant/bar in the garden, but I have not seen it functioning.
All in all, pretty pricey for what it offers. Which is basically just a great location.

Charmantes Landhotel in schöner Umgebung.
Pros:

Kleines Zimmer, die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Badewanne + Duschvorhang), angenehmer Pool, freundliches Personal (Arnold ist ein Goldstück), gutes Frühstück - insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.
