I definitely reccommend this hotel, we would stay there again.
Pros:

Location was very close to the theater section, cleanliness of facility was great, safety, very helpful staff, bar, parking garage Not used but worth noting. The breakfast was very good and food selections included real scrambled eggs, lots of fruit , cheeses, a few meats, lots of tea and coffee. Very accommodating when we arrived early, they safely stored our luggage in arriving and when leaving cheerfully.

Cons:

The bacon was very undercooked, the WiFi in the rooms at the very end of level 7 was terrible. We explained but nothing was done to improve it in our two rooms 7108 and next door friends. In the lobby, it was slow but reliable. The street signs were not visible from the street corners and the rest of the block was not inviting so we could not verify that our hotel was there when walking, until we were at the actual address. The entrance was beautiful and had doormen but we were a bit concerned until arriving at the address.

Great hotel and staff but the neighborhood is not safe.
Pros:

It is a modern and clean hotel with atriums. The staff were lovely.

Cons:

The neighborhood is deplorable. All of Sarmiento street up to the main avenue is sketchy and the streets were dirty and storefronts empty and vagrants living on the streets

Superb hotel - recommended
Pros:

This is a very classy hotel in a great location in the city centre. The road it's on doesn't look much but the property itself is fantastic.

The rooms are very comfortable, the shower good and the breakfast options great.

Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

No issues at all.

Uitstekende accomodatie. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
Pros:

Goed hotel. Goede aanpassingen als je met een rolstoel reist. Centraal gelegen. Konden veel bezienswaardigheden lopend bereiken.

Breakfast was good, room was clean. Gym closed early, seems to be a theme interestingly in country that doesn’t sleep.
Pros:

Proximity to walking near city center.

Cons:

AC stopped working the second day, reception gave me a song and dance excuse. Maybe because I’m a gullible woman? Either way, was uncomfortable but the weather was good which helped keep it cool.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a great central location, everything feels a walk away. But because it is on a side road it is quiet and once you walk in, it feels peaceful.
The rooms are large and very comfortable.
Its value for money because of location and cleanliness, the reception and cleaning staff are super friendly and very welcoming.

Cons:

We did not book breakfast, but had breakfast one day, the pictures do not match the actual breakfast, for example, fruit was limited and eggs were cold, so not worth the price, basic black coffee nothing else on offer. I am glad we only paid for 1 day.

Also, given the price, I was surprised there are no Toiletaries in the bathroom, simple soap only.

Generally a lovely hotel, and do reccomend, but expected more perks for the price point.

If location wasn’t an issue, definitely would stay in this hotel again.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Lovely helpful staff.

Cons:

The location was not wonderful. Back street. Not because of the proximity to outings but the dirty, lots of overflowing rubbish bins with people going through them and spreading rubbish. 😢

A lovely hotel with excellent staff, well located and very comfortable
Pros:

The staff were friendly, very accommodating and spoke excellent English. Nothing seemed too much bother. They gave very good recommendations for places to eat. They were very helpful about ordering taxi's. The hotel is modern, clean, light and spacious. The food we had in the bar was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was nice and hot.
