Very good basis for a short visit in Buenos Aires
Pros:

The Hotel is strategically well located, not farer than 800 m to Obelisco.
In fact it represents a high quality, even a little bit noisy due to the air condition system.
The rooms are good (we were there twice, at the end of March, then before we left Argentina in April).
The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful.
Breakfast is rich, variable. The local restaurant is good enough, if you have no time to visit some authentic Argentinian resto nearby.
