Really helpful staff, nice and clean plenty of restaurants and site seeing opportunities near the hotel
Pros:

Nice modern hotel in the centre of Buenos Aires near the theatre district.

Cons:

Other reviews mentioned it was a less desirable area - I wouldn’t agree it’s pretty much in line with any other major world city

A very nice modern clean hotel with wonderful staff - breakfast could be improved.
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, although the street it is on is somewhat seedy. The hotel is very nice, great rooms with comfortable beds, although not enough blankets (just a sheet and very thin bed cover), nice TV, excellent bar/cafe in lobby with quite good food and wine, very wonderful/exceptional staff at the front desk.

Cons:

The breakfast was buffet- eggs were undercooked, and bacon was floating in? oil or water - could not eat either.
Cleaning of breakfast tables was not that great.
They have a scent diffuser in the main lobby, which is overwhelming in smell and awful. It is also made my asthma act up. Not sure what smell they are trying to conceal. But when asked to turn it off while we were in the lobby, they did, which was very nice of the staff. I would suggest that it bothers many of those staying in the hotel and prevents them from using the lobby area and bar/cafe.

A wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of the city

Fantastic staff, nothing was too much trouble, good breakfast included, great location easy walk to the theatre district, and restraunts.
