JW Marriott Hotel Muscat

I was here for 7 days and i enjoyed a lot the hotel in particolar the narghilè experience followed by Ibrahim. He is a very kind and funny man.

This was an amazing experience, we really appreciate our stay there. The staff was really caring especially Naveen and Arleene. The food was really good, they knew our habits.
We will definitely come back there. We felt at home.

We had an amazing stay at JW Marriott Muscat, and a big part of what made it so special was the people who looked after us throughout our visit.

The hotel staff were consistently kind and helpful. Rashid at the front desk was especially welcoming and went out of his way to help us whenever we had questions or needed anything, and Saeed from the concierge team was brilliant with recommendations and organising plans, which made everything feel easy and well thought out.

We were also taken on two full-day excursions by Mohammed Al Harrasi, Supervisor of Transportation from Oman Taxi Drivers, and he was excellent. On the first day, he took us to Nizwa and Jabal Akhdar and stayed with us well into the night for stargazing, never rushing us and always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves.

We were travelling as three women and felt completely safe throughout the trip. Mohammed was professional, respectful, and very reassuring, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the experience.

Because the first day went so well, we booked a second full-day trip with him to Wadi Shab. Once again, he stayed with us the entire time and made sure everything ran smoothly.

The hotel itself was beautiful and very comfortable, but it was the genuine care and attention from both the hotel team and the transport team that really stood out. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the JW Marriott Muscat and Mohammed Al Harrasi to anyone visiting Oman.

Atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. Rooms are clean and well organised. Staff is very attentive and welcoming. Sami and Ranveer made our experience at Catch feel very special. Will definitely come back soon

Ive been in Butter buns at JW Marriott Muscat was truly exceptional. The hotel is incredibly quiet and impeccably clean, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staff are outstanding special mension Mr Ralph and Ms gretchen thank you for treating as VIP always ,
attentive, and lovely ladies night and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service.” 

Tremendous hotel in Muscat, not far from the airport. The hospitality is everything here, you can feel that JW Marriott wants to stand out here. Front desk staff and concierges were nice. Housekeeping team was as well. But I was personally impressed by the quality of hospitality at the breakfast buffet, and also at the Catch poolside restaurant, where the atmosphere in the evening was great. Our room was huge with comfy beds, with a clean and beautiful bathroom.

Our Star was very pleasant and the hotel was very satisfying. Especially the Service stood out and Mukesh led us through the evening kindly and with Great care. We would definitely come back!

The stay was very comfortable and staff is very accommodating. Ankit was especially helpful for us. We loved the buffet spread and the pool.

Huge thanks to Ankit for service and great hospitality during my stay, it was nice and welcoming. Especially I appreciated short notes at the evening services when staff kindly reminded me via little cards to breadth out and relax writing down relevant technics, it was special.

If you are looking for a top quality hotel in Muscat then look no further than JW Marriott! Incredible facilities just 10 mins from the airport.

We have been fortunate to have stayed in numerous 5 star hotels and without doubt the service we received here was the best ever without exception. 11/10 is the mark I would give here, quite simply awesome!

The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive, so much so that the service was just on a different level. There are so many names to mention:

Ashiq our waiter in Kitchen 7, so polite, friendly, just truly exceptional at his job. Absolutely worthy of promotion for sure, rarely do you find waiters this good!!

Saeed, Concierge Supervisor who fielded lots of questions from myself to help us understand the best options for excursions nothing was too much trouble, just incredible attention to detail and service.

Payal, Kitchen 7 waitress, incredible service, always, always smiling, again so polite and helpful.

Gopika, Kitchen 7 could not be happier and enthusiastic to see us dining in her restaurant, beautiful smiles every time. Thank you.

Not forgetting Qusai, Executive Lounge, made us feel so welcome, his manner is truly special. Qusai introduced himself, super friendly and made it clear he was there to serve his clients to the very best level. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting for a while and it’s clear he possesses a real talent for hospitality. Certainly worthy of a promotion for sure.

Without doubt the managers here deserve a huge amount of credit to provide the training and environment for this staff to thrive and give the very best level of service. The staff here deserve recognition of their efforts, hopefully this goes some way to helping them achieve the recognition they thoroughly deserve.

I attented a wedding at JW Marriott Oman and stayed at the property for 4 nights. The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and very well designed. The rooms are large and comfortable, with big, well-appointed bathrooms, which made the stay very pleasant.

The hotel offers good amenities and is surrounded by lovely green lawns and gardens located very close to the main building. The landscaping is excellent, adding to the peaceful and luxurious atmosphere of the property. It’s a great venue for weddings and large events.

The staff were courteous, helpful, and professional throughout the stay, which really enhanced the overall experience. A special mention to the breakfast, which was excellent with a wide variety and high quality.

While the overall experience was very good, I felt that lunch and dinner options could have been better, especially considering the JW Marriott brand.

Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel for events, weddings, and a relaxed luxury stay, and I would definitely recommend it, with a small scope for improvement in non-breakfast dining options.

It was the most pleasant stay, very good service and good meals. I specially enjoyed the pool and gym facilities. I want to highlight the really oustansing attention delivered by Sami in the pool bar (where I have to confess ended up spending most time of my stay). Best stop possible before travelling back home.

Very nice experience with Gretchen as our server! She is very enthusiastic and friendly! She is knowledgeable about the brand! She's a gem!
