Pros:

The hotel is located just behind Termini Station, and public transportation stops are only a 5-minute walk away. There is a supermarket directly behind the hotel, while there are also smaller but more expensive convenience stores right next to it. Several restaurants are located just outside the hotel.

Cons:

When we checked into the hotel, even though we had already paid through Booking.com, the receptionist asked for our credit card details and stored them in the system, explaining that we might damage the room or misuse it. We did not understand the reason for this lack of trust.

There was also constant renovation work taking place at the hotel. For four consecutive days, we returned to the hotel between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to rest, but there was continuous drilling and hammering noise. Because of this, we were unable to sleep.

Vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo per le 2 notti.

Cons:

Per un hotel della sua categoria era tutto secondo le aspettative. Il non avere la doccia ma una vasca da bagno in camera e’ stato inconveniente.

La gestione dell'Hotel non rispetta i clienti booking.

non mi è piaciuto che l'offerta su booking indicava una camera vista città e invece era vista interna su locali tecnici di fascia inferiore. QUINDI Non mi è piaciuta la scarsa disponibilità e volontà della direzione ad accettare la richiesta di cambio date anche se ve ne era la disponibilità di camere nelle date richieste. Non mi è piaciuta la colazione che ho trovato misera. non mi è piaciuto non avere trovato i bagni al piano reception. Non mi è piaciuto dovere avvisare il giorno prima sull'orario in cui farò colazione.

Really bad hotel room
Pros:

Dirty dated room. Soon got bit by bed bugs. Weird smell. Breakfast was really good though and air conditioning worked.
