Pros:

It was a very good experience. The room was very nice and comfortable, and overall very clean. The breakfast was excellent, and the fitness center was nice.

Cons:

Our kids LOVE to swim, which is a large reason we stay in a hotel instead of a rental when we travel. The pool times were not convenient, and it was closed on our last day.

Clean Comfortable Convenient place to stay in Louisville - would stay here again!
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were good. Location is great - within walking distance to all of Main Street and the Louisville Slugger Field. Felt very safe walking in this neighborhood. Ample parking on site.

Cons:

One elevator was down the entire stay and the other one was very slow. A minor inconvenience, but there didn't seem to be an urgency to fix the down one.

Really good hotel
Pros:

The room was very clean and well-equipped, with absolutely everything you need to cook a meal if you want to. The bathroom was large, clean, and in excellent condition. The bed was also very comfortable.

Cons:

The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and with only one very slow elevator in operation, getting around the hotel was difficult.

Very comfortable and I will stay there again.
Pros:

breakfast was good. bed comfortable. room clean. nicely furnished.

Cons:

the pool is cold. wish it was heated. hot tub was very nice, but the timer is broken and it took awhile to get the jets turned on.

Tons of great things around it.

Cons:

Only 1 working elevator for all 6 floors, beds and the pull out bed were some of the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever slept on. While the hotel inside was quiet you can hear everything going on outside…

Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was top notch . Halls were quiet. The blackout curtains was a nice touch to help me rest. I come to Louisville once a month this will be my my home while I'm in Louisville.

Beetje outdated hotel dat zich vooral focust op langverblijf.
Pros:

Personeel was super vriendelijk en ook het ontbijt was wel ok voor Amerikaanse normen. De kamers waren ook proper en goed voorzien van onder andere een klein keukentje.

Cons:

Het hotel is algemeen wat verouderd, kamers waren proper maar duidelijk oud.
Het meest storende was echter de locatie van mijn kamer, die was op het zelfde niveau als de parking en vlak naast de ingang van de parking. Gevolg: keiveel lawaai en mensen die van de parking kwamen konden gewoon in mijn kamer binnen kijken? Echt heel gek dat dit men hier een kamer van heeft gemaakt en daar dan ook gasten voor laat betalen. Ik zou dit persoonlijk als storage gebruiken?
Er verbleven ook veel gezinnen met kinderen die er precies voor een langere tijd woonden, zij waren op de parking aan het spelen dus extra lawaai en binnenkijkers in mijn kamer.

Very nice. Very clean. Reasonably priced. All that was promised was delivered plus more.
Pros:

The entire place was decorated in a current and stylish way, was very clean, all facilities offered were open and fully functional, Room was very clean and included all amenities offered down to dish soap m, sponge and tablet for dish washer, plus usual dishes, cups, mugs, coffee maker, bathroom featured mounted pumps of body wash, shampoo and conditioner, there was a nice iron, full size ironing board and multiple extra rolls of toilet paper were provided, thre were two TV’s, many outlets and multiple lamps for a variety of lighting options. staff was kind, knowledgeable and professional, complimentary breakfast was well above the average featuring so many choices including healthy options like hot oatmeal and fruit and nuts, Greek yogurt, oat milk and even cold brewed coffee. Hotel was 10 minute from Nulu, a trendy part of town with all kinds of shops, restaurants and bars. Not far from airport. Parking looked very safe, although I didn’t use it. Water, beverages, snacks and even microwaveable Mac and cheese available for sale in lobby. Close to airport.

Cons:

Immediate neighborhood was desolate so was difficult to tell how safe or dangerous it was, elevator was slow (I’m really reaching now)
