Horrible customer service
Pros:

Room was not ready for 1.75 hours after posted check in and fridge would not cool below 54 degrees. Staff did not care about room not ready or that we lost over $100 worth of spoiled food.

Nice place. Old. Friendly staff
Pros:

Clean. Good location. Easy parking nice breakfast. The hotel is dated,but clean orderly provided what we needed for 2days. Nice staff.

Everything was super clean. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

You’re so close to the road that you can hear cars racing by. It woke us up several times as it seemed like the windows were paper thin.

Close to interstate for drive home
Pros:

Good location, clean, good size room

Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable and lumpy. We hardly slept and we both woke stiff and sore. We were up and ready to go by 5am and waited till after breakfast to leave. Pre made breakfast in a bag was ok but the sausage was dry and tough

The location and facility itself were very nice. The breakfast was fantastic; lots of options and not exactly the same each day. Common areas were always clean and tidy.

Cons:

Water pressure in the mornings was terrible. Surprise deposit and parking fees not disclosed during the making of a prepaid reservation were unpleasant.
