The conceive of the ball park

The down pillows. I am horribly allergic and was miserable because from the moment we stepped into the room my eyes got puffy, watery I was sneezing. We left for the game for back late and that is when we checked the pillows. By then it was already too late to stop what had already been done. So, I was a little miserable sleeping.

The bathroom door wasn't normal- it was a sliding barn door style with no lock. Not private. The sink was chipped and damaged, some things seemed overall uncaredfor or old. But staff was kind

Our room was not as pictured, no separation between living room area and bed, Poor quality breakfast, elevator out of order for days and we had to lug everything up 4 flights of stairs , large bus of kids without chaperones running around the building and making tons of noise were rude and disrespectful. Kitchen had limited silverware, no knives, couch bed was lumpy, shower had cracked walls poorly repaired, staff didn’t follow the do not disturb signs , pool was cold, hot tub jets didn’t work, for the cost I expected more quality in the atmosphere and people to be more respectful and it just wasn’t there. Staff at register for buying snacks were not friendly or polite. It seemed more of an inconvenience for them
