Comfy beds

Cons:

There is a loud buzzing noise in room even when aircon off - I've had this problem every time stayed at this hotel - it's a problem with lights but problem the 5 times stayed there

Overall a great hotel and a pleasant stay. Sunset views from the Rooftop bar are fantastic

Room beginning to look tired.
Surprise at the condition of the shower.
Door didn't close completely so water getting onto the floor outside the shower, door water seal was chipped and had not been cleaned in a very long time as was green with algae and glass was badly water marked with scale, although the back walls and floor were very clean

Nice comfortable stay.

Brilliant location, excellent breakfast buffet and overall superb.
Pros:

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and pool and roof top bar were awesome.

Cons:

Slight issues with a flashing light in the room, a minor problem that was quickly fixed.

Pros:

Rooms are clean. Staff at club lounge are very friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast at club lounge was average. Croissant were old/hard and scrambled eggs were not done properly.
When i checked out, the staff member didnt even ask how my stay was. He only said that the payment will be deducted from my deposit. Would be nice to be asked if everything was in order?

As usual best seaview hotel in KK
Pros:

As usual, this is 3rd times coming. Room is spacious. Lounge is nice. Best seaview and sunset. Breakfast also good. Nice and friendly staff.

Cons:

Upset a bit cause have put request & remind many times to get our 3 rooms nearest each others. Not cheap we paid. Still they not able to accomodate. Frustrating!

Room is quite late to be ready.
