Pros:

Friendlyness and good sense of humour of the entire hotel crew. Cleanliness and permanent attention to details. Please keep the crew since they are very professional.

A great breakfast selection!
Pros:

The breakfast was really good. Location great and staff friendly.

Cons:

The pool had alot of crows around during the morning, also a strong fish smell from the market across the road.

Nice stay

Pros:

room was really clean - thanks to hardworking housekeeping ladies, lots of space, nice sheets.

Cons:

Catering was ridiculously expensive (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for Kota Kinabalu, so everyone at the hotel ordered Grab. It was difficult to use the pool area because the smell of rotten fish came from the market in front of it. The staff at check-in was professional, but the restaurant staff was annoyingly “nice.”

Our room was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was amazing

As the hotel is located across from the Phillipino markets, it was quiet often smelly of rubbish and old fish
