1st time in The Burg
Pros:

Wasn't hard to find,a lil tricky getting right to the front entrance. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would consider staying here again.

Clean Rooms for short term stays
Pros:

Linda the desk clerk is extra nice and accommodating for my choice of rooms. I have had her check me in the several times I have stayed and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located off I-59 for easy early morning departure. Hotel is more of a overnight worker hotel for away from home contract employees. There is nothing luxurious. Just a clean room with a few amenities at a reasonable price. Good for short term travelers needing a clean room to overnight!

Needs updating, better security as far as doors, if the air is out block the floor or close the doors until it’s fixed

Cons:

Let’s see, when I arrived the lady was blah got my room on second floor. It was hotter than Hattie’s (air was broken) door key wouldn’t work so I went to get another key the front desk lady came up and tried she stated the door battery needs replaced and didn’t feel like fixing so we got another room. I told her I reserved a king bed of which they didn’t have (that’s on booking.com). The carpet in the hotel lobby and room was dirty. The hotel is way out of date! Also concerning part is the hotel doors (side door, back door) anybody can just come in you don’t need a key or card. This didn’t make me feel safe

Klimaanlage hat fast gar nicht funktioniert, Kakerlaken und Schimmel an den Wänden, Bad nicht gereinigt. Waren an einem Samstag auf der Durchreise und spät angekommen.Alle besseren Hotelketten waren ausgebucht. Für über 100€ eine Frechheit!!! Sind um 4 h früh nach dem nötigsten Schlaf angewidert abgereist.
