Breakfast was not good.

False advertisement showing a photo of a pool, room smelled like mold, just genuinely felt and smelled nasty.
Absolutely nothing.
The ceiling was falling down in the first room we had and the bed linens were dirty and stained. So we asked for another room. He gave us 2 more choices to pick. One room smelled horrible like something died in there. So we picked the last room. It had not been cleaned because of the trash on the floors. Then our car got vandalized in the parking lot and when asked, the security camera didn't cover that side of the parking lot. We asked for a refund but he was very hesitant and said he had to ask his manager. The a hour and half later he said he didn't know how to get a hold of the manager. So we filed a police report and went to the Best Western down the road some ways. The chairs in the hallways where the stairs are, are disgusting I would not stay at this hotel!!!!!
The rooms were well furnished and clean

The website didn’t say that and we have stayed there a number of times and expected it.
The manager is very rude and disrespectful.. I rented a king suite .. they put me on the third floor which turned out to be a problem since I made it clear that I had small children that were special needs .That didn't understand most concepts..
They choose to take the people who made the complaints side saying that they were more important since they we longer staying customers and they mattered more since we hadn't been there that long . They promise a pool and it closed.. they breakfast is shit tiny pancake orange just that it .
Due to this noise complaints were made , we got kicked out they even threatened to call the cops.. since they refused to move us rooms. Or even listen to what was going on . We even asked if they had a king suite on the first floor.. we were totally willing to work with them and got no where.. the manager gave us only 20 minutes to pack everything , knowing we had small children didn't even give my kids time to eat dinner..

Bath tub needs refinished, couldn't take a bath due to flaking and rust underneath the mat.
No workable swimming pool as on website. Elevator not working half the time we wanted it. Breakfast area not supplied on Sunday morning.
