Again it’s nothing personal against anyone but again people are out to get me and my son.
It’s hard to trust anyone.

Extrem laute Gäste. An Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Handtücher sehr fleckig. Geruch im Zimmer Grenzwertig. Man könnte mehr aus diesem Hotel machen

In a 1 nights stay we had to switch rooms 3 times the first one wasn’t even finished being cleaned although the reception was told that the rooms was finished. We were placed in a 2nd room went out to eat and when we came back and got dressed to go out for the night we found out that the door was opening without the key. Maintenance came and removed the hub and told us to give him 5 minutes. I would say 30 to 45 mins later my fiancé went down stairs to see what was taking so long which is well past 9pm. Only to find the receptionist on the phone with customer service trying to get the hub programmed. So he asked for another room.

Everything and everyone. Staff is rude. The only person who isn't rude is their cleaning girl, she is such a sweetheart. Rest of the staff is rude and will not listen to you. Charged us for an extra day with no reason or explanation.

I would like to know who is responsible for cleaning the rooms before they are assigned, because the room I received did not meet acceptable cleaning standards. The bed sheets were stained and had hair on them, and the floor was sticky and covered in sand. This is not the level of cleanliness I expected and it was very disappointing.

What I am most upset about, however, is that the police were called because I did not have my wallet on me while I was doing a late check-out. This situation took place on a weekend when there was a marathon happening, and I was gone most of the morning. When I returned to check out, I was willing to pay, but my phone had no battery, which at the time was the only way for me to complete the payment. I explained the situation to the front desk, but I was not offered any help or alternative solution.

Instead of trying to help resolve the situation, the police were called, which I found unnecessary, embarrassing, and very upsetting. I was trying to resolve the payment, not avoid it, and I believe this situation was handled very poorly and without consideration for the circumstances I explained.

Additionally, this was not a cheap hotel, and for the price paid, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service. The overall experience did not match the price or the standards that were advertised.

Noisy sounded like someone was working rearranging furniture 😐
And can't get anyone's attention in the office to complain

Cleanliness. Towels need bleach. Bed coverings need washing. We had 3 people in our room and were only allowed 2 towels.

The room was dirty and had alot of stains on bed sheets

The front desk lady is very mean

Disgusting hotel. Looks like they didn’t clean it. Stains on towels and holes in blanket. Smelled of smoke. Would not refund money and was in the room less than 15 minutes.

Dirty floors, dirty linens, the most uncomfortable bed I've ever tried to sleep on with nothing but a stained sheet and a 1 ply coverlet that I didn't examine too closely.
