I really wish you would allow 2 cars to park for free. The parking is way too expensive. It needs to be lowered for individuals that pay to stay there.

La chica del servicio de limpieza fue muy amable pero la chica que estaba en recepcion es muy mala para atender a los clientes.

Precio , q no tiene suficiente parqueo y que no te informen bien como es el tramite y los accesos q tienes , la piscina se veia demasiado sucia

Nice front desk terrible rooms
Pros:

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the lady that is working the front desk and that they could provide a razor for me.

Cons:

Well, the room was completely dirty. When we first walked in the door. There was dirt all over the floor. It couldn’t have been mopped or swept. There was stuff all over the lamp stuff all over the walls. There was dry blood in the bathroom. There was gunk, stuck all over the phone in the room. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and there is obviously people that are staying there constantly because they were moving stuff in and out of the rooms. The toilet was broke. It kept backing up on my family and then right before we left and backed up and because it was 30 minutes before checkout, nobody came to fix it. And then when I was leaving, I left my belonging in the room so I went back to get it and the housekeeper. Mary asked me why I didn’t tip she even left an envelope in the room on the dresser expecting it, but I tried to explain to her. It wasn’t up to my expectations and everything was dirty so I wasn’t going to tip somebody who obviously didn’t clean before I checked in. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody.

Great Service Place terrible ughhh!

Service guy upfront in office was wonderful!

Cons:

Very dirty, hard beds, paint peeling off tub, windows smoked up, curtains and room smell awful like old mold and stale nasty cigarettes, the steps are broken going up to 2nd level and whole place looks bad, pool was nasty put ok, the floors were fill of sand, and all we did was sleep and left by 8am next morning ive never complained but 4 the price unbelievable very disappointing 😞 all the way from Lexington Va. Ughhh

It was very close to the events that were taking place at the beach

Cons:

There was a leak in my room and the floor was wet the entire time. Also the bath tub wasn't very clean. Blankets on beds were super thin.
