The lobby smelt so good and the staff that checked me in she had great customer service, from the tone of her voice to the neatness of the way she was dressed. The breakfast was good. The games was for people to enjoy and the popcorn was a great choice. The price was great and the check out was speedy.

All of the staff were very nice and welcoming and helpful and the Hotel was really clean and the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, the indoor pool was nice and I played corn hole with my 8yr old grandson that they had on the property, they had popcorn made for the guests every afternoon and my grandson and my 81 year old mom really enjoyed that. There were board games in the lobby for the guests to sit and play and the breakfast was good.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan other than that everything was great and I would definitely stay here again!

Location is good, clean and some staff was great. However, we stayed while a baseball tournament for youth was in the area and the teens ran all over the place. No adults in rooms and the noise was unbearable even until hours of 2am. Complaints warrant nothing but a call from front desk telling them of noise complaint and it still continued.
Unsupervised kids and staff not making sure adults were in rooms as the key was given to them.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. My room was amazing, the facility was very clean, and close to the highway which made it easier for me to navigate throughout the city.
The hotel met our expectations. Whenever we have tournaments in this area again, we will choose the same hotel. The service was excellent. That hotel looks like new. Excellent cleaning, good breakfast. Good amenities, pool, gym, really good.
If I had to mention one thing for improvement since nothing is perfect it would be the breakfast hours. The weekday breakfast schedule should also be from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, just like on weekends.
