Pros:

We stayed in a 2 room luxury villa. It was a wonderful place to relax and rest after a long day hiking and exploring. Comfortable beds. Clean. Great location. Definitely highly recommend.

De ligging is echt zalig! Springdale is super gezellig. Ideaal om vroeg het park in te gaan. We stonden op 10min in het park. Super comfortabele kamer, goed bed en zalige douche.

Cons:

There was no way to tell room service in advance I didn't need housekeeping. The room was well stocked so to save housekeeping time, I need a way to tell them. They knocked at 845am. I was awake and it was fine but I know somebody would give housekeeping bad feedback. That is how some people are.

Small table next to umbrellas by the pool so you can set things on the table instead of the ground.

We had a lovely time at Montclair at Zion--it seemed brand new.
Pros:

Good location convenient to the shuttle but away from the hubbub. Room was very clean and new looking. Big shower, big TV. Comfortable beds. Great pool, pretty grounds. Coffee is very good. AC worked well. Quiet, could not hear neighbors. The cliffs are nice to look at. People were pleasant and respectful.

Cons:

There were no chairs in our room. We brought our own lawn chairs. We would have liked a patio. There were no towel racks to hang up damp towels. My mom would have liked a blanket instead of the thick comforter. One time all the loungers were taken at the pool and we had to use chairs instead.

Hotel bom em Springdale em frente ao ponto de onibus que vai pro Parque Zion. Hotel novo e confortável, bastante limpo. Piscina ótima e tudo de qualidade.

Beautiful stay
Pros:

Clean, great location, comfortable beds, shuttle stop access, gas station across the street.

Cons:

No contact and no housekeeping. Although we had no issues this was a little strange. Towels were refreshed and trash taken out at one point.
