Tanto el desayuno, como la ubicación y la atención del personal, excelentes. La relación calidad precio, también.

El estacionamiento. En un hotel de esa categoría debería ser gratuito, cubierto y seguro.

Fiquei apenas uma noite no hotel, por conta de um cancelamento de voo. O hotel me surpreendeu positivamente, uma vez que fica extremamente próximo à avenida principal, permitindo todos os deslocamentos básicos a pé. A estrutura é confortável, com um quarto amplo, com bom chuveiro. O café da manhã estava muito bom e a equipe do hotel foi bem prestativa.

Cons:

A cama de casal são, na verdade, duas de solteiro, o que deixa um pouco desconfortável. A estrutura de academia é péssima, possuindo apenas duas esteiras e poucos halteres. Os elevadores demoram MUITO e são extremamente pequenos (capacidade para apenas 5 pessoas. Cheguei a ficar 10 minutos esperando até chegar)

We stayed in a room on the fifth floor, which was the top floor of the hotel, and it felt like all the heating and ventilation systems of the entire building were operating right inside our room. The noise was constant and made it very difficult to relax. When we complained, the staff came to the room several times but failed to acknowledge the problem or offer any real solution.

After insisting multiple times, they eventually moved us to another room — which was literally a third of the size of the original one, looked at least 20 years older, and was located on the first floor. In that room, we could hear everything: guests coming in and out, talking loudly in the hallways, and showing little consideration for others. All the noise echoed straight into the room.

It was an awful night, and we couldn’t get any sleep at all. For a 4-star hotel, it’s missing at least 3 stars when it comes to comfort.

Pros:

El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado la cama es buena y el desayuno estuvo bien, sin embargo hay que tener en cuenta que la calefacción la colocan bien fuerte y las habitaciones son muy calientes pedimos que le bajaran a la temperatura y nos indicaron que no podían y nos enviaron un ventilador que hacía bastante ruido me parece que el servicio es terrible

Poor hotel in all the aspects
Pros:

No ac in this hotel exactly as for all. No ventilation in the rooms with windows to sun. Poor spa and room 210 noisy due to compressors near the windows. Noisy street during the day. Overall poor place. You better pay more and get at least a place with less noise

The room was nice and the bed was comfy

Cons:

too expensive and facilities were horrible, the swimming pool looked like a dirty pond and i smelled a lot of mold, the sauna was way to cold and the gym was bad
