Very comfortable with great amenities & helpful friendly staff.
Room was very clean & had everything you needed.
Breakfast was fantastic & there is a lovely bar area & courtyard garden.
Excellent location near the main station with plenty of cafes, restaurants & mini markets close by.

Cons:

Air conditioning was very effective, but a little noisy.

10/10，非常非常好，离火车站特别近，基本上出站走两步就是，我们第二天大清早的火车提前一丢丢去也来得及，位置太好了。另外，前台的工作人员超级超级好，在有空房间的情况下让我们提前入住，并且非常有人情味地调整了早餐的日期，尤其是那个很高的戴眼镜的很帅的先生，和一个戴眼镜的短发的女士，以及厨房的女士也非常好。床品很舒服，本来以为会睡不习惯，但完全没有。

Perfect spot for a short stay in Milan.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean.

Vraiment bien
Pros:

Comme les fois précédentes, j'ai vraiment apprécié le calme et le confort de ma chambre, ainsi que l'affable professionalisme du personnel. J'ai profité de la salle de sport, du balcon de ma chambre, du délicieux petit-déjeuner. J'y retournerai certainement.

Pros:

Расположение отеля для наших целей было очень удобным, Центральный вокзал, метро, экскурсионный автобус, автобус в аутлет - все в 5 минутах ходьбы. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов.
Номер не очень большой, но есть все необходимое: чайный набор, большой удобный шкаф для одежды, сейф, мини-бар платный. Приятно удивило постельное белье высочайшего качества, набор полотенец включал даже гигиеническое полотенца. И еще в отеле очень хорошие тапочки.
Зона для завтраков не большая, но очень уютная и на улице есть терраса с разными уютными уголками с живой зеленью и цветами. Завтрак очень хороший, есть в том числе и вино.
В лобби отеля в любое время можно попить чай, кофе с печеньем. Нам разрешили попить чай после выселения, когда мы вернулись за багажом после прогулки.
В целом очень приятный отель с хорошим сервисом.

Cons:

Небольшое замечание: в ванной был только один флакон с кремом и одно мыло, хотя номер для двоих.
Но мы и не просили, так как были не долго и нам вполне хватило

Pros:

Posizione ottimale per stazione. Per il resto non si poteva pretendere tanto di più. Basilare.

Cons:

La colazione poteva essere più abbondante e varia. Personale al desk non particolarmente gentile con mio figlio che accompagnava (e non dormiva) mia figlia nell'hotel.
