Staying here was decent, we made due with what we had. But I would have rather not spent $500+ on a 2 night stay here. I
Pros:

I did like the fact that they had free breakfast, WiFi worked great the whole time and it was nice to see an indoor pool and gym.

Cons:

The people staying above us were so loud all hours of the night after 10pm. The floors in the room didn’t seem like they were clean, bedsheets had some stains on it from before. Also, nobody took our trash out of our room or gave us any extra trash bags. Also rooms were very small and dated.

Great place
Pros:

Thank you for everything! Big pool, hot tub, good breakfast, out of the way of the city. Perfect!

My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this Hampton Inn. The only positive part of our stay was the front desk receptionist, who was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service

Cons:

Unfortunately, when we entered our room, we immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant odor. We reported it to the front desk, and they explained that the carpets had recently been cleaned. They attempted to remove the smell, but it was still noticeable. Since there were no other rooms available, we had no choice but to stay in the room.

The beds were also very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I've stayed at many other hotels that provided a much cleaner and more comfortable experience than this one.

Based on this experience, I would not stay at this location again, and it has made me hesitant to book a Hampton Inn in the future. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests can have a better experience.

Perfect
Pros:

Room was perfect, Pabla was extremely helpful and super kind. If I ever came back to book in this place again I would definitely be at ease knowing Pabla was there. Loved the quietness of the area, was able to sleep peacefully. When we first walked in, we had no troubles with the room, it was clean and well-organized. Receptionists and every other worker were really kind and helpful which made the vibe of the place light and calming. The places we visited were pretty close to the hotel so it was never a hassle of a drive getting to the areas and back. Pool was great temperature, our ac cooled the room in seconds (loved that), the TV worked perfectly fine as well as the volume, we always had enough towels because of housekeeping who kept us stocked, we had enough. Hotel and room were both perfect, My family and I would definitely come again.

Tricky access
Pros:

Access a little tricky because of divider on road in front; N. Carson Street.
Many of parking stalls covered, therefore shaded.
Very spacious King room with large table/desk dividing room between bed and sofa; HVAC control on wall non-functional must use control on AC under window.
Separate bar sink and counter with refrigerator and microwave, coffee maker. Bathroom sink separate and outside of tub and toilet, no towels in tub/shower room they’re outside with the sink; fan in tub/toilet room.
Relatively small counter with sink considering it’s separate; OK but not great room lighting.
Heard gallumping of someone doing exercises in room above. 
Breakfast area felt very tight and crowded; very busy and woman staffing breakfast could not keep up.
Ran out of waffle batter and syrup; orange juice dispenser didn’t work; yogurt presentation was very unique, it was in a small tub with a ladle, another item that was empty.
Low fat granola was very good

Nice place overall. Just a few disappointments.
Pros:

Room was large and comfortable. Had gym, pool, and good breakfast.

Cons:

Chairs at breakfast area were very dirty. Maybe shouldn’t have fabric chairs if they can’t be cleaned regularly. Coffee maker in room had to be rinsed before using. Had something like hard water specks inside water area.
