Cowardly management
Pros:

I pulled the sheets back in the bed and immediately was overwhelmed by cigarette smoke. The sheets reeked of cigarettes! This was horrifying as this can only mean that the sheets were not changed from previous guest. Obviously a heavy smoker had stayed in that room and this set into the bedding
We immediately reported this to the front desk and requested another room. We also requested to speak with the manager as she did not seem to have much authority to make any decisions. The manager conveniently was not available and she relayed that he was in a meeting. Well we happen to know that he was in the back office and just refused to come out I have news for you buddy.. that is YOUR job! Absolute coward! We tried later to speak with him and was told again.. not available
Needless to say this whole situation soured our stay and we will never choose this property again

Our stay was comfortable and we were able to sleep and rest for a long drive ahead.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The room was large enough. The room was easy to access. There were luggage carts available.

Cons:

The sink in the bath was slow to drain and the stopper came off.

Our stay was short but wonderful!

The breakfast was pretty good. The night team member Lisa was awesome! She was so kind and willing to help in any way.
