The location was perfect and we were close to everything.

Cons:

Ahead of our stay we were sent several emails, messages etc to pre check in. I did but on arrival were told that I shouldn't have bothered as they have to do it at reception regardless.

The rooms do not get cleaned every day, which is fine but when you are staying for 5 days you do expect that the bins will be emptied and you don't need to bring the bins to reception.

We asked for the use of an iron the first evening, which never arrived, we asked again in the morning and again we never got it.

I don't like criticising anyone but the receptionist on arrival was quite dismissive when I asked him to clarify the room number as his writing was not very clear (see photo attached, i asked whether it was 777 but was told it was clearly 111). Then on check out told me the bill had been paid for me, implying my husband had paid the bill, which wasn't the case.

Finally, it was a heat wave so I accept the room was going to be warm but we had to have the windows opened fully for an hour before sleeping as the room temperature was extremely warm and there was no way to reduce temperature using the heating system that defaults to 16 degrees.

Cons:

Sollte klimatisiert sein. Angeblich seit einer Woche Wartungsarbeiten. Keine Vorabinfo, zum Umbuchen. Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen aufgrund der Lage sehr laut. Im Zimmer fast 28 Grad. Schlafen war unmöglich, keine Erholung.
Gratis Wasserflache war halb geleert .
Klobürste Lag in der Toilette und Halterung der Bürste auf der Ec -Brille

Gutes Hotel für einen Kurztrip.

Preis Leistung. Zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Leider ist die Klimaanlage ausgefallen, was keinen angenehmen Schlaf ermöglicht hat.
