Convenient.....acommodating.....onsistant. I am just looking for a bed for one night.....perfect.
Pros:

Staff was very accommodating, as usual. I was very late for my reservation (10:30) and they took good care of me. It is my half way point between Philly and Wisconsin and I stay there both ways at least twice a year.

Cons:

Breakfast ran out of eggs until I informed them.....more eggs right away. They are awful, by the way! :-)

Underwhelming and a bit suspicious
Pros:

Shower pressure was good once the squealing ended

Cons:

Extremely dated. Bed was uncomfortable. Felt uncomfortable entering the hotel alone at night as a woman.

Pros:

The location was great, right next to the airport and very close to the highway

Cons:

We checked in around midnight and around 1am, our rooms air conditioner stopped working and we had to switch rooms.

Convenient for my needs.
Pros:

For my purposes it is perfect ...... half way between Philly and Wisconsin. Friendly, courteous, clean, are ones ut priced well. AND IT IS NEVER CROWDED.

Cons:

Breakfast is pretty bare ones. Used to offer meat (sausages). better than nothing........but not much. Egg substitutes are awful.

Great location next to airport.
Pros:

Great location next to airport for early morning flight. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, and they served a continental breakfast starting at 6:00 am.

It is clean, convenient, and friendly staff. We use it 2-3 times a year.
Pros:

Stay here several times a year (between Philly and Milwaukee). Neat, clean, convenient, and usually almost empty. No frills overnight stay. Breakfast is bare bones, but enough for our needs. We are in and out.....just need a bed for the night. If you are looking for fancy, this ain't it! But it fulfills our needs.

Cons:

Breakfast is pretty bare bones. Worst eggs I have ever had. No meat. Waffle has to do.

I was disappointed that an establishment felt it was acceptable to put someone in a room with stained and burnt linens.

I pre checked in online, yet still had to fully check in when we arrived.
Our bedding had huge stains and a cigarette burn.
The toilet ran throughout the night on/off.
Front desk person was difficult to understand and did not fully understand English, I asks for more linens and she took me to the laundry room area and was looking in the utility room and pointed to the washer and dryer. She finally understood that I only needed more linens.
Since we got in so late after a long day we just slept on our own blankets and I informed the front desk about the issues. She just said she would move us to a new room. (We were late for a tournament so we had to leave and deal with changing rooms later that evening.)
The front desk clerk our second night was extremely apologetic for the room conditions and did move us to a new room. She even said “I can’t believe she put you in that room.”
I feel we should have been comped for the first night, which we weren’t.
The second room was much better. (I have pictures of the linens but not sure how to include them here.)

Pros:

Room was clean, air condition/heater worked great and friendly ataff all 3 days I was there. Breakfast had good options. Room location was a bit louder than years past but not bad. I knew I was staying where those that were staying wouls get in late do to the rodeo..

Pros:

Staff were wonderful, but my room apparently had not been used in awhile so it was dirty, including a moldy buildup in the toilet. Also, the "fitness" room was filthy, had no towels, no water in the water cooler and no cups. Finally, free breakfast was ok, but lacking in variety and there is no where to get drinking water. You have to buy it! Sadly, I do not plan to stay at one of your hotels anytime soon 😞
