Very disappointing. Unsatisfactory.
Pros:

Not much pleasant to say here.

Cons:

Breakfast was inedible to non-existent. Eggs were oversalted to the point of being inedible. Waffles (my other breakfast item) weren't available; I informed the manager twice over a 20-minute period; the kitchen did not respond by the end-of-breakfast hours.

We asked for an adjustment to the room charges so that my spouse and I could have partial support for breakfast at one of the many nearby cafes. The manager said that there was no way she could compensate us since we had booked through a third party (booking.com). Thus, the manager had no apparent power to "make things right."

We are still trying to understand the $20 difference between the bill and the quoted amount on our reservation. We will continue to sort this out with our credit-card company.

In all, our stay at the motel was a very disappointing experience on our visit to Georgetown, KY, a town in which we lived long ago and which we loved dearly.

Recommendation: If the motel ownership could experience other mid-priced motels in the area (example: TRU by Hilton in Louisville, KY, whose rate was less than half that of Baymont in Georgetown, and whose facility, food, cleanliness, and overall service were excellent), perhaps the owners of Baymont would be inspired toward vast improvement.

Fine for a couple of nights.
Pros:

The room was fine. I appreciated the couch so we didn't have to sit on the bed.

Not all of the plugs worked. Also, the lighting was very dim.

This hotel is in need of much repairs. Shower had mold, the window was filthy, dirt along edge of bed, carpet torn. Shocked this a Wyndham property

Rooms are dated. Had a smell. Breakfast was bad. Staff was very friendly though!

The rooms need updated. They felt dingy because they are so old. The rooms and the hallways had a smell, but they lessened as we stayed. And the breakfast was not good. But the amount of money you save on a room can go towards getting breakfast in the location!

Pros:

The room was really large & very clean. Ours was a whirlpool suite. On a scale of 1-10 we had a #9. Very nice.

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom is dim. The air conditioning was a bit over worked or I'm just not used to window air. And the TV channels didn't match the guide. But we still enjoyed our room very much.
