The front staff lady was very friendly. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool.
It was quite a bit dated and didn’t seem to be 100% clean. My daughter’s room had an odd smell.

The staff were very rude and inconsiderate. They weren't willing to address concerns or anything. Overall it was a horrible experience
Overcharged. Staff was rude about it. Never going back.
Breakfast was good
Manager was rude; I checked out so they could go ahead and get my room ready for the next person. I told them I just needed a couple hours to use my computer in the lobby.
I didn’t eat or drink anything.
Told me “I wasn’t allowed “, even as a guest to sit in the lobby.
Never got my free water; they wanted $3 per bottle!!! They cost $0.125 per bottle!!
Door lock on room broke so I could not lock door last night.

It was clean the worker was really nice
Breakfast was very good. The best experience however was the front desk lady that runs the hotel during days. She was very friendly, caring and accommodating of any needs. It was a pleasure talking to her every day.
