Good location, but badly in need of upgrades.
Pros:

The location was right next to JR Nara station, and the bus terminal which made it very convenient to get to the hotel and around Nara City. The entrance to Nara Park is also a short walk away (~15 minutes). There is a welcome self-service bar that opens in the afternoon with unlimited free sake, coffee and tea for hotel guests.

Cons:

The hotel is quite outdated which can be seen from the cramped bathroom, and the TV which was an old model. The pillows were flat and soft, and did not offer any neck support whatsoever. The spa was also small and crowded even during off-peak hours.

奈良駅隣で、なら100年会館に近い。
駐車場も安い。
朝食では、地元の食べ物が食べられるところ(茶飯や茶粥、三輪そうめん、他。)
スタッフはみなさんとても良かったです。
部屋の浴室とトイレが別なところ．
シーティングスペースあるのも良い。

Cons:

少し古びている感じがするところ．悪いわけではいですが．
大浴場はあるのは助かるが、狭い。

サービスが充実していてとても良かった！
Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクがあること、お酒種類がたくさんあって楽しめました。
朝食も色々と種類が豊富で、奈良のご飯も楽しめました。

Cons:

色々と良かったのですが、唯一、部屋のトイレの壁に人の髪の毛が数本ついていました。

Ideal location.
Pros:

Location is beside the train station. Ideal for a trip to Nara as you can walk to the Temple. Staff are lovely. Welcome drinks.

快適！駅からも近い！
Pros:

部屋の上がお子さんがいらしたようで、かなりドンドンという音が続いていたので、相談したら、よい静かなお部屋にアップグレードしてくださり、快適に過ごさせていただきました。この機転が、流石だな〜と感じさせられました❣️
