Great location to the train station and stores. Easy to walk around without a bus or taxi.
Pros:

The staff was fantastic and so was the breakfast buffet. I was able to find staff that spoke English and they were very helpful, during breakfast and at the front desk. Great location

Cons:

I question whether or not their tap water in the bathroom was good to drink. The sign said it was, yet I detected a high level of chlorine just by the smell in the bathroom. I needed fresh air and the window was not made to open. Unfortunately, it made my dry cough worse. My room was facing West and the curtains had to be closed in the afternoon. I missed having sunshine in my room. I also found the lobby to be too cold with the air conditioner. Not the best place for a HSP.

Pros:

JR奈良駅に至近で便利でした。
お部屋も広々として、ホテルマンさんの対応もよく、気持ちよく過ごせました。
ラウンジで地元のお酒を飲めるようになっていて、お土産を買うときの参考に良かったです。

団体旅行も多く使っていて、タイミングが悪いとフロントが混むかも。

Cons:

ウェルカムドリンクのコーナーがホテル内とはおもえませんでした。フードコートのような感じでした。もう少しラウンジのような雰囲気があれば、ゆっくりできたと思います。

ロケーションと朝ごはんがよかった！
Pros:

JRの奈良駅にほぼ直結だったことと、朝ごはんが奈良でしか食べられないものもあり、またとても美味しかったです
チェックインのあと、コーヒーやワインなどフリーに飲めてお得感がありました
スタッフの方がとても親切で、ホテル全体の雰囲気を明るくしているように思いました

Cons:

夫と二人で泊まったのですが、ルームキーは一つしかもらえませんでした。
フロントに連絡したらすぐ駆けつけて鍵を開けますと言われましたが、それもなんだか申し訳ないので、大風呂に行く時は、夫と時間をずらして行くようにしていました
