快適でした！
Pros:

朝食は、地元の食材が使われたメニュー・品数が多くて美味しかった。
そのため、連泊しても飽きなかった。
団体客が一緒の時間帯でも、スタッフの方々が混雑緩和のアナウンスをされて良かったと思う。

Cons:

午後のフリードリンクでは、ソフトドリンクの種類（炭酸飲料等）を増やしてもらえると良いと思う。

良かったです。
Pros:

部屋が綺麗で広かった。
アメニティグッズが部屋に完備されてて良かった。

Cons:

・ドリップコーヒーをフロントに置いてあると、部屋で飲みたい時に使えて良いと思います。
・拡大鏡があると嬉しいです。
お化粧する時にあると助かります。

非常に快適で満足しています。
Pros:

場所の便利さ、施設全体のクウォリティ、スタッフの皆さんの態度全て良かったと思います。
朝食バフェも美味しかったです。

Cons:

一つだけ残念なのは、宿泊フロアの自動販売機が新千円札に対応していなかったところです。

Pros:

ロケーションのみ良かったがフロントまでが面倒

Cons:

せっかくの風景が窓に貼った物で見えない。　夕食バイキングが値段不相応。フロントがわかりにくい。部屋のユニットバスが古い。トイレのタンク内の水漏れで、水の音が止まらない。

Pros:

とても清潔で快適でした。ウェルカムドリンクも種類が豊富で、部屋へのテイクアウトもできてとてもよかったです。また行きたいです。

Cons:

部屋の電気を消す方法がわかりにくかったのと、部屋にティーバックしかなく、コーヒーがなかったのが残念でした。朝にコーヒーを飲みたかったです。コーヒーカップはおいてあったのに不思議です。あともう少しリーズナブルな朝食があればよかったです。

Nice place to stay in Nara.
Pros:

Convenient location, nice staff, clean, nice bedding, nice public bath, has a good “feel” to it. Has some drinks in the afternoons. Good buffet breakfast. Has a couple restaurants in the hotel. Is connect to the Nara station so easy to get to and easy to get around Nara. It’s been on of my favorite places to stay.

Cons:

Bed was a little hard. Not terrible but still hard.

大浴場は期待しない方がいいが、立地と食事がいいコスパ宿
Pros:

駅や駐車場に直結のロケーションと、朝ごはんが美味しいこと。
スタッフも皆さん親切でした。

Cons:

お風呂の脱衣所が狭すぎて、使いにくい
壁一面だけの縦横に並んだロッカーで、鍵の開け閉めも非常にしにくく脱衣カゴも無いので困惑する人続出…
全体的に施設は古いが、ここだけは早急に改善してもらいたい

Pros:

JR奈良駅前だったので、非常に便利だった。
朝ごはんは口コミ通り素晴らしかった事と、混雑の予想から、オープンを30分早めてくれていたので、非常に助かった。

Cons:

清潔感はあったが、全体的に古さが感じられた。
部屋に徐加湿器のようなものがなかったため、チェックインして部屋に入った際、蒸しっとした空気を感じたのと、夜は逆に乾燥して、喉が少しやられてしまった。

毎月、利用させていただいていますが、大浴場近くに、置いてあったアメニティ(クレンジング、洗顔料、化粧水、クリーム)が無くて、残念だった！

コスパも良く最高のサービスのホテルでした。
Pros:

駅直結で雨に濡れずに行ける。空調も気持ちよかった。大浴場があり、マッサージ器が最新機器で素晴らしく、アイスキャンディーはサービスで食べ放題、ウエルカムドリンクは日本酒まで用意してありました。

Cons:

大浴場が朝7時からだったので、せめて6時半からだと朝早く出る時も利用できる。
