全体的には駅へのアクセスもよくほぼ満足でした。

おふろの床がヌルヌルで滑りそうで怖かった

フロントの外国人の日本語がもう少し聴き取りやすいと良かった。

Pros:

ホテルスタッフの対応がとても丁寧で親身で助かりました。お部屋も広くて静かで快適でした。朝食のバイキングメニューが奈良地元の食材を用いた料理が多くとてもおいしかったです。朝から充実しました。

特にありません。快適でした。奈良での滞在の際にはまたこちらにお世話になりたいと思います。

好きなホテルだけど、微妙な点も・・・
Pros:

清潔で静か。スタッフも親切で感じが良いし、奈良駅の目の前で移動にも便利。セルフ式のクロークも使いやすくて良かった。
チェックアウトが11時なのも、のんびり旅にはありがたい。

Cons:

ホテルのキャパに対して、大浴場が小さい。妻が行ったら女湯は脱衣場に入るための行列ができていたとのことで、結局はユニットバスを使った。
朝食のバイキングも混雑するし、コスパも良くない。

Mattress sagging that ache body
Pros:

Location is just next to Nara Station.

Cons:

Mattress sagging very badly to right edge and middle. Whole body aching after the night sleep. Pillow is so thin and did not hold the neck. After a long day walk around Nara visit temples and park, the most important is a recovery thru a good night rest. Yet this hotel is not up to that 5-star standard to provide a proper "firm" bed mattress.

Room is dusty and cough the whole night as the air conditional circulated the air. Call for a make up the next day, then that night no cough.

バーがない。ウェルカムドリンクでワインがない。ワインあるかと聞いたら、悪びれず「品切れ」とのこと。ホテル自体は古い。ベットが痒かった。
