Breakfast, staff, design and layout
The roof bar and swimming pool was brilliant and the bests views.
Staff very helpful and responsive.
Great location near the old town, you can walk to the train station 10mins, walk to the ferry for boat trips 20mins

Pros..
*Immaculately Clean and daily housekeeping in the room
*Staff friendly and helpful
*Both pools and gardens are well kept
*5 min walk to the centre of Sorrento
*Views are amazing
Cons...
*Bathroom could do with an upgrade, only a shower curtain so after every shower we had to mop up the water.
*Occasionally the electrics would go off in the room.
*Breakfast was ok. I was expecting better given other reviews. You won't go hungry but it wasn't anything special and after 6 days is repetitive as no variety. The takeaway breakfast on our last morning was disappointing considering the price of the stay.
*Music at the rooftop pool was the same every day and on some days really loud so you couldn't read.
Overall it's a great hotel and I would recommend to anyone but there is room for improvement.

Staff were friendly, nice bath area & two pools. The rooftop bar is lovely
Noisy corridors. Also, breakfast finishes a bit early, so you can't enjoy a lay-in
Stay away from this hotel. They have extremely rude at check in and quick to take your money away. I cancelled my room a day ahead because of a flight delay. Not only was our flight delayed for hours we’re eventually cancelled and could not make our connection. Instead of being understanding, they doubled down not to help us and proceeded to insist about their terms and conditions. You survive based on tourism learn to treat your potential customers better and with respect. If not hire someone who can. Lose the ego and attitude . Try to remember 2020 when everything was shut down and that should humble your hotel.

The rooftop pool area was deceivingly smaller than the pictures which was a big letdown.

Strong odor of gas in our room. We were told it was a known issue but since the hotel doesn't use gas, there is nothing they can do. Made me nervous and uncomfortable for the entire stay.
