Comfortable Stay with a Beautiful Garden Breakfast
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The décor was a little dated, especially in the bathroom, but overall the room was pleasant.

One of the highlights was breakfast being served in the garden, which was absolutely lovely and made for a great start to the day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and there was a good variety of food at breakfast.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, housekeeping was the main disappointment. During our four-night stay, our room was cleaned only once, and that was after we asked reception to arrange it. On other days, we would go out and leave the sign requesting the room to be cleaned, only to return tired after a long day and find the room exactly as we had left it.

We understand that August is a very busy period and perhaps the housekeeping team was understaffed, but for a four-night stay we would expect the room to be serviced more regularly, especially when the cleaning sign was left out.

Overall, we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, particularly the comfortable bed, beautiful garden breakfast and friendly staff, but the housekeeping service definitely needs improvement.

Very beautiful property and the roof top views were amazing

A five star hotel
Pros:

This hotel should be rated as a five star. From the minute, I walked into the lobby to being shown into my room first class all the way. The room is spacious and very clean with all the amenities. There is an outdoor dining experience, which is fabulous and gorgeous. I attended dinner Saturday night inside the main dining room with beautiful entertainment. I absolutely recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

Bel hôtel classique
Pros:

Très belle vue sur la baie de Naples et le Vésuve depuis le rooftop, belle terrasse à l’ombre pour le pdj , service efficace et agréable. Nous avons été sur classés en chambre vue mer . 2 piscines donc toujours de la place. Proche de tout à pied mais au calme.

Cons:

Les chambres sont un peu désuètes mais confortables, la climatisation est bruyante, le pdj est bien mais sans originalité.
Les horaires de piscine sont étranges: celle du rooftop ferme à 18h30 et l’autre à 17h…
