Great location, management and property
hotel and room is old. pool require cap which is extra charge
Booked the room for 4 days 3 nights , very breezy , nice ocean view , there is convenience store at the ground floor and opposite the hotel. Comfortable Room size and toilet size is great for 3 pax.
The Buffet was amazing
Before I booked the rooms at this hotel, I read the reviews and was a bit worried about the noise from the airplanes, and also the room condition because i heard the rooms were outdated. Well, I was glad that I had no issue with the noise and slept well. Rooms were outdated but they were well maintained and clean. I visited several youtube famous local restaurants and was very disappointed. They were not that great. I found the food at the hotel to be the best in Jeju. Food at the hotel is pricy but they are better than Las Vegas buffet! Next time I visit Jeju, I would definitely dine in at hotel instead of looking for restaurants outside the hotel
Checked in for a work trip and they had no casino, even though they advertise that, they advertise a bar, but would not serve, then you had to pay to go to the spa
Convenient location, a 10-minute drive from the airport. The staff were courteous and helpful. While the property shows some age, it presented no significant issues. It offered excellent value for the price.
I stayed in a traditional ondol room. The (bell hop?)
Did not explain how to operate the ondol heating or that the room key must be inserted in a slot for the lights to work and be operated from a control panel on the side table. The room was clean and the bathroom had a nice deep tub,shower had good water pressure. My view was great, the ocean was so close,it was stunning. The ondol experience was nice, the floor heat wasn’t extreme, just enough so that the floor is never cold.You do notice a difference from a mattress. Very nice property

Mediocre tired hotel
Hotel is conveniently located near the airport . The hotel is quite old but the room are spacious . Overall good value for money .
Nice bed and pillows
The hotel overall was beautiful with a great location. The ocean view was perfect. The room was a bit outdated and several restaurants were closed during our stay. The buffet was pricey but the selection and quality was comparable.
Great service and convenient location
Stay was great. Quick check in and check out process. Room was comfortable with robes and shoes as well as phone charger at bedside table for use during the stay. Breakfast buffet was good but not included in hotel stay. Indoor pool was nice, need swim cap to use.

The bathroom smells bad and the room has the flying insect maybe mosquitoes
As soon as I entered the lobby of the Ramada Jeju Hotel, the staff recognized that I was accompanied by an elderly person and kindly offered to carry my bag. The concierge assigned us a room closest to the elevator to minimize my mother’s walking distance. While all the facilities were well-maintained, the faint smell of dust upon entering the room seemed to be an area for improvement.
Room had excellent view of the beach. Was within walking distance to main town area.
Fabulous stay at the Jeju Ramada Ocean. The property is well kept, staff is super friendly and willing to help. The pool and sports center are a delight. A real holiday experience.
