Super locatie.
Pros:

Locatie is top, direct aan station. Ontbijt was ook héél goed en ruim.

Cons:

Is al een wat ouder hotel en dat zie je en ruik je. Ook al hadden we een niet rokers kamer... je kon duidelijk wel iets ruiken. Zelfs toen ze ons verplaatst hebben naar nieuwe kamer was ook daar de geur niet top.
Alles aan hotel is duidelijk wat ouder.

寝泊まりするには充分ですが・・・
Pros:

駅近であること。

Cons:

施設が古く、ベッドサイドテーブルを引き出すとゴミや埃が多かったこと。また、トリプルルームでは広さが足りず、ソファはあるも使用することができませんでした。

今回の部屋はすごく汚かった
Pros:

アクセスは抜群です

Cons:

バスルームが不衛生、天井にカビが生えていた、また湯温調節が難しいタイプなお風呂です。
湯沸かしポットが壊れていた、いまどき、マグカップも部屋にない、、しかも部屋に謎に小さな虫がいた

Buena ubicación. Poco más. Personal Front Desk horrible

Ubicación. Las vistas desde el Lounge Club y la amabilidad del personal del Lounge Club (completamente distinta al horrible comportamiento del Front Desk)

Cons:

Muy decepcionante para un hotel de esta categoría. El trato en recepción fue descortés y muy poco amable desde el primer momento. Llegamos un poco antes del check-in y nos hicieron esperar casi tres horas, sin ninguna consideración. Además, no nos permitieron acceder al lounge, a pesar de tenerlo incluido, hasta completar el check-in, aunque faltaba muy poco para la hora de entrada.
Tampoco quisieron facilitarnos ni una simple botella de agua. Para colmo, la cama estaba pegada a la pared, una distribución muy incómoda e impropia de un hotel de este nivel. Sin duda, hay hoteles donde el servicio al cliente está mucho más cuidado.

Hotel eccezionale: servizio eccellente, stanza ampia, bellissimo panorama fruibile dalle ampie finestre, colazione stratosferica. Posizione impagabile (sopra la stazione)

Stanze minuscole, pulizia appena sufficiente, personale alla reception scortese. Per errore abbiamo prenotato una notte prima (1-3 invece di 2-4). Abbiamo chiesto che ci fosse riconosciuto almeno un parziale rimborso del costo. Ci hanno fatto pagare la notte supplementare di più di quanto avevamo pagato su Booking. Il tutto come modo poco cordiali.
Abbiamo accettato perché eravamo in viaggio di lavoro ed era sera. Non ci vedranno più. Per giunta hanno anche detto che la colpa di tutto era di Booking che non avrebbe mai rimborsato loro. Il problema è che noi siamo stati due notti e abbiamo pagato tre notti. Pessimo!
