Comfort and great location needs better staff and to clean the rooms better.
Pros:

Room was location was near the pool and excerise room. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

The staff could been more warmer and welcoming. The rooms could have been cleaned a little better. I found stains on sheets and floor that turned me off. I ask the front staff for more towels and was told they had no more and was told to go look for the housekeekper and ask them.

Pros:

It was so clean. Staff was very helpful and kind. Henrietta at the front desk welcomed us on arrival & had travel snacks for us when we left. Very thoughtful of a couple of weary travelers. 🙂

My family had a great time there and I would look forward to another stay at this property.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Everyone was very professional. The property was in a great location and close to Fort Sill. I would stay there again if I were to visit Lawton.

Cons:

There was nothing that I did not like about the property.

If hotel would clean better and hire more staff I would come back.
Pros:

Great location. Safe and well lit parking especially for traveling at night. Breakfast was perfect for my family. Pool was clean and the gym was cleaned.

Cons:

The staff could be a little more helpful. Rooms were not cleaned. I was told before arrival that I could not check in because the rooms were still being cleaned. I found a dead roach next to sofa and stains on bed, sheets, and floor. I also seen stains on the wall.

Overall our stay was decent, we were only there for a few days so it was a decent hotel to stay at.
Pros:

I thought the breakfast was amazing and the staff was very nice.

Cons:

The room was a little dirty when we got there especially the bathroom. The room also smelled funny. The pool was very dirty.
