Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Mixed reports: some guests praise cleanliness, but multiple mentions of flies in rooms and a leaking/broken shower that wetted the bathroom indicate below‑average cleanliness/maintenance.
Service
7
Service is mixed: several reviews praise friendly and helpful staff at breakfast, while others report very unfriendly reception, delays at check‑in and unwillingness to change noisy rooms.
Location
8.8
Consistently positive: good location, handy for Palermo/city, on‑site parking and pleasant garden are frequently highlighted as strong points.
Room Quality
7.6
Mixed room quality: many mention large rooms and comfortable beds, but there are recurring issues—noisy rooms, broken fixtures, tight shower cabins or leaking showers—reducing the score.
Amenities
8.2
Solid amenities: breakfast buffet, parking, garden and some unique features (bath in bedroom) are positives, though limited soundproofing and missing small fixes are noted.
Value for Money
8.7
Generally strong value: several comments explicitly praise price/quality and say the hotel is very good for the paid rate.
Food and Beverage
9
Very positive feedback on breakfast: multiple reviews call the breakfast excellent, varied and a clear highlight of the stay.
Overall Experience
8
Overall favourable experience with highlights (breakfast, location, garden, comfortable beds) tempered by noise issues, sporadic maintenance and inconsistent reception service.

Estuvo bien
Pros:

Struttura assolutamente consigliata!
