Convenient, clean and helpful staff
Pros:

Great hidden gem, close to Palermo and close to some great walking around Monte Pellegrino/green spaces. The staff were excellent and shops etc in walking distance. Good value for money.

Ήταν μια διαμονή που άγγιζε τις προσδοκίες.
Pros:

Είχε εξαιρετικό πρωινό, νόστιμο και με πολλές επιλογές αλμυρών και ακόμα περισσότερων γλυκών. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Η θέα των δωματίων ήταν εξαιρετική και το vibe του κήπου σε μετέφερε σε ένα τροπικό και πιο μαγικό προορισμό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά άνετο με χώρο για τις βαλίτσες να παραμένουν ανοιχτές χωρίς να εμποδίζουν, άνετο μπάνιο και μεγάλα κομοδίνα με πρίζες στο καθένα. Διαφορετικές διαβαθμίσεις φωτισμού, ωστέ να μπορείς να επιλέξεις πόσο φως θες μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Επιπλέον, είχε σεσουάρ και ένα κανονικού μεγέθους γραφείο προς κάθε χρήση. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν άνετα και τα μαξιλάρια αρκετά καλά. Υπήρχε ζεστό νερό και σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο μεγάλο. Το εστιατόριο τους αν και φάγαμε μόνο ένα βράδυ ήταν αρκετά ικανοποιητικό με νόστιμο και ποιοτικό φαγητό, καλές τιμές και πολύ πρόσχαρο και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Εμείς συγκεκριμένα θέλαμε να καθίσουμε στον εξωτερικό χώρο και ενώ δεν ήταν στρωμένα, μας έφερε όλα τα απαραίτητα πράγματα έξω και έβαλε και μουσική στα εξωτερικά ηχεία.

Cons:

Η καθαριότητα του δωματίου ενώ ήταν καθημερινή, ίσχυε μόνο για την αλλαγή πετσετών και απορριμάτων, το πάτωμα δεν καθαρίστηκε καμία μέρα. Δεν υπήρχε σίτα οπότε δεν γινόταν να κοιμηθείς απλά με ανοιχτό παράθυρο, χρειαζόταν το κλιματιστικό.

Personale gentile e premuroso, colazione super. Ristorante annesso eccellente.

Cons:

La struttura è stata ristrutturata da poco, e quindi è sostanzialmente nuova. Peccato per l’impianto di condizionamento, rumoroso e quindi inutilizzabile ( hanno mantenuto split vecchi), il frigobar nuovo ma anche quello rumoroso. Sarebbe stato perfetto avere le zanzariere alle finestre e un minimo arredo in bagno ( nessun appoggio o mensola, porta rotolo lontano dal wc(!). Lo segnalo perché è veramente un peccato perdersi in questi dettagli.
