Clean and nice
la colazione è stata la cosa più bella e ricca del soggiorno. Cornetti, torte, frutta fresca e secca, pezzi salati vari, tutto perfetto.
Lo staff veramente poco cortese alla reception, molto fiscali sull'entrata in camera. Con noi c'erano altre dodici persone all'ingresso in attesa di fare il check in tassativo alle 15. Ma nemmeno alle 15 ci hanno fatto andare in camera che ancora non era pronta. Mia mamma ed io siamo entrate solo alle 15.20 dopo le mie lamentele che ho esposto immediatamente alle due ragazze alla reception che non sono state affatto cortesi, che non si sono scusate per il ritardo e che scocciate dalla lamentela non ci hanno nemmeno fornito orari sulla colazione e ci hanno dato indicazioni fugaci per la camera. All'ingresso al nostro arrivo in albergo c'era anche uno scarafaggio ma che sicuramente arrivava da fuori visto che l'ingresso era sempre aperto. La camera molto carina e la colazione veramente eccezionale.
Struttura gradevole con l'affaccio sul giardino. Camere pulitissime e personale gentile. Colazione all'americana abbondante e varia anche con prodotti tipici siciliani. Vicinissima al "Teatro di verdura"
