Our elevator will be out of service for a planned upgrade from January 2 to February 10, 2027. During this time, we will not have any accessible rooms available, as all rooms will require stairs to access. Love this hotel, two great pools indoor and outdoor, amazing patio for happy Hour. The view and beach access is absolutely stunning!

Hot water wasn’t working in the early evening

Room was updated , mattress and bed were very clean and comfortable with white sheets etc. Towels were clean . Nespresso machine and small coffee bar with usable mini fridge in the room was ideal. Vanilla Bath products were very nice . Outdoor pool and patio were great. . Staff were friendly.
Requested ocean view room away from elevator and request was confirmed by the hotel through booking.com. Upon arrival our room was facing away from the ocean with view completely blocked by a mechanical room .
We addressed this with the front desk staff who after some convincing , and due to the duration of our stay, were able to exchange the room for a non ocean view room on the top floor.
No complimentary water bottles in room nor a filtered water station on each floor. You have to go down to the lobby to get drinking water.
No children’s robes available.
The patio was not open for breakfast . It opens only at 11 am after the end of the breakfast service.
As we wanted to eat breakfast on an ocean view patio we had to go to another hotel.
Wir haben das Hotel als Zwischenstopp auf unserem Roadtrip gewählt. Es ist direkt am Meer und ist relativ neu. Der Stil und die Farben sind in hellen Tönen und es riecht angenehm! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber! Es gab genügend, saubere, weiße Handtücher und Bademäntel! Die Betten waren sehr bequem! Wir haben im Hotel zu Abend gegessen und sind dann auf die tolle Außenterrasse umgezogen. Es war herrlich! Der Blick ist wunderschön! Außerdem hat das Hotel einen ganz tollen Außenpool, Liegen und man kann dort schön entspannen!

It was a beautiful hotel with many great amenities. Being right close to the beach was incredible. There were picnic tables and lounge chairs available.
Das Hotel ist EXTREM lärmempfindlich. Unsere erste Nacht konnten wir kaum schlafen, weil die Schrittgeräusche in dem Zimmer über uns so laut in unserem Zimmer angekommen sind und in den Nächten danach war die Tatsache, dass es sich um ein Haustier-freundliches Hotel handelt, am Bellen der Hunde in den benachbarten Zimmern merkbar.
Sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Meeresbucht. Sehr schöner Garten/Außenbereich. Direkter Strandzugang.

Lage
Zimmer zur Townside sehr laut, insbesondere Zimmer 303. Hier vibrierte der ganze Boden durch die Küchenlüftung.
Die Lage des Hotels ist super und die Zimmer sind sauber, das Restaurant hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer.
Zimmer mit Blick auf die Stadt war Blick auf Mülltonnen und riesige Klimageräte und Dächer mit Teerpappe. Das hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen am Zimmer 207. Wir kamen leider auch keine Minute vor dem regulären Checkin ins Zimmer, obwohl wir uns um 11 Uhr schon angemeldet hatten und wir dachten dass die Reinigung dann vorgezogen wird, aber dem war leider nicht so. Da wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind, alles halb so wild.
