The Night-shift staff was very rude!! i asked for a water even to pay for it (very hardly to provide) moreover in the morning (which was still the same staff) still doing the same & more bad behaviour
I sent email about this, received reply with sorry only no any actions!!

personál byl velmi milý, pokoje čisté, snídaně skvělá až na neděli

Cons:

V neděli při odjezdu jsme byli první na snídani, byly tam opečené rajčata a párečky ze soboty, automaty na kávu nebyly nastavené, aby fungovaly a ke všemu na jednom stole bylo jídlo a nádobí ještě od večeře. před hotelem je standart, že po hostech večer nejsou ráno uklizené stoly a umyté. to nám rušilo celkový dojem, který by jinak byl skvělý.

Estancia en Voco Las Tablas, Madrid
Pros:

Las habitaciones estaban impolutas y el servicio de recepción fue muy simpático, ofreciendo su ayuda en todo momento y resolviendo todas nuestras dudas y peticiones. Además, el chico que nos recibió fue muy agradable y al momento de irnos nos preguntó que tal había estado nuestra estancia, mostrando interés en nuestros planes. Si tengo oportunidad, volveré.

Pros:

O Hotel estava extremamente limpo, tanto as áreas comuns como o quarto. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e estão sempre disponíveis para ajudar.
