Personeel is een beetje stug maar komt waarschijnlijk ook omdat ze niet goed Engels spreken. Bij de receptie spreken ze wel goed Engels en zijn behulpzaam. Ontbijt is via een buffet. Bedden redelijk. Het diner was daarentegen erg goed en zeer betaalbaar. Qua ligging is het zeer gunstig. Dichtbij Bray en Wicklow Mountains.

Cons:

Het hotel was kaal groot en heel weinig sfeer. Het zou een oud ziekenhuis geweest kunnen zijn.

Facilities needed updating. Shower taps needed updating. No blackout curtains so it was bright from 4am.

Staff excellent but hotel disapointingly basic and tired
Pros:

Staff excellent.
Breakfast, good.

Cons:

Hotel was basic and quite 'tired' - and expensive for it.
Evening food, not so good - and expensive - poor vegetarian options.
Lounge/bar/lobby - noisy thoroughfare and not a relaxing place to sit at all.

Pros:

Big bedroom

Cons:

Breakfast overcooked. Pillow's totally flat. Bathroom had rust on curtain pole. Hotel also full of asylum seekers. Definitely not a 4* hotel but totally overpriced for hotel. Would not recommend
