Stayed at Icon Saigon – LifeStyle Design Hotel for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience overall.
The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are clean, well-maintained, and very functional—perfect for a comfortable stay in the city. The rates include daily breakfast and afternoon tea, which was a great value add.
Breakfast had a good spread, catering to both international tastes and local Vietnamese options. Service throughout the hotel was excellent—staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help.
The location is a big plus—very convenient and close to many tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, and shopping malls, making it easy to explore the city.
A highlight was dining at Cham Restaurant—the food was amazing and definitely worth trying.
Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay. Would recommend for travelers looking for comfort, great service, and a prime location in Ho Chi Minh City

The water in the room was not fresh. It was served as tap water in big transparent refill bottle. My water probably stayed longer period of time in the room before I moved in. Some foreign particle at the bottom seen. Probably Bacteria or similar. I go stomach issue after drinking first bottle without investigate the water firstly. The findings I could only confirm at second water bottle. I recommend to hotel, only serve bottled mineral water.

We stayed here for 5 nights, although the room we had was small, it had everything we needed and was clean and tidy.
The breakfast buffet is varied and has something for everyone.
The pool on the top floor is more of a plunge pool, its quite small, but the set up is nice.
The hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea everyday which we did enjoy when we were about at that time.
The location is what sets the hotel apart. It is in an ideal location for all of the top spots in district 1 and its easy to walk to them all.
We found the local buses useful to go further afield, or you can easily use Grab.
There are some great restaurants literally next door (Roosters for great burgers, and Ganh for Vietnamese food).
The staff were super helpful and there were little touches that made you feel super welcome.
This is an excellent choice in Saigon. The location is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities- restaurant, bar, pool, gym, and breakfast were also very good. We also appreciated the free drinks in the room and the afternoon tea was a nice touch. We did reserve an Icon signature balcony room and found it to be very comfortable and spacious.
This is just a small thing but hanging clothes where the tray of glasses and tea / coffee service is located resulted in a broken wine glass. Perhaps a different location would be better or as I finally did - lay the wine glasses down. The hotel was very gracious in sending someone up to clean up the broken glass right away and also did not charge me which I also appreciated.
