De locatie was goed

Cons:

Het hotel viel een beetje tegen in vergelijking met alle andere hotels die we in Vietnam hebben gehad. De prijs van dit hotel is erg hoog ivm de rest van Vietnam. Maar misschien is dat normaal in Ho Chi Min.

従業員の態度はいいのですが…

ホーチミン１区の繁華街にあり便利です。

Cons:

残念だったのは以下の4件。①セーフティボックスの使い方が他のホテルとかなり違います。RESETとENTERではなく、AとB。しかもAは使わない。さらに説明書がすでに閉まっている金庫内に保管されてました。②ルームクリーニングを13時にするよう係の女性に直接お願いしたのに、16時過ぎに戻ってきたらそのまま。③シャワールームの水はけが悪くバスルーム全体が水浸しになる。④トイレが簡易ウォシュレットになっているのは有難いが、紙をトイレに流していいのかどこにも表示がない。不親切では？　全体的にスタッフの仕事が緩いと感じました。
