Really liked the location and the facilities. Especially the rooftop bar.

Very friendly staff and this location is good for a short stay.

Breakfast was very very good. Great selection. The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Changing the breakfast buffet items once in awhile would be nice. Face cloths in the bathroom would be nice. The pool is almost unusable. I think the pictures of the pool area are very deceptive and the pool bar area is very small. I did not feel comfortable there. There were ants in my bathroom. The TV stations were almost all unwatchable. It was very confusing to use the TV and two remotes.

La situation géographique

Cons:

La chambre était trop petite pour 3 personnes. Les parties communes mal entretenues et pas propres. Le petit déjeuner, qui manque de tout après 9 heures dans une salle ou la climatisation est à fond, ça réveille!

Pros:

This hotel has the best receptionist team . They welcomed guests warming,, extremely efficient and professional, and made
check in/out a breeze. One of them was named Bin. He was very polite. Always has a big smile. He went above and beyond
with friendly attitude that set the tone for our stay.

We chose this relatively expensive hotel primarily as it had a rooftop pool. Unfortunately the rooftop pool was “out of order” due to the need to repair it. No discount or refund was offered or provided.

City center location, helpful and smiling staff and Saigon's atmosphere.
Pros:

The hotel is located in the city center. Everything is close, within walking distance. Shops, pubs, restaurants are a few meters from the hotel. The hotel's breakfast room is located on the top floor, offering a wonderful panorama while having breakfast. The breakfast is plentiful and very delicious. The hotel has a bar on the roof terrace and a pool next to it, which I think is unmissable. During the day, if someone wants to relax while sightseeing, or in the evening, having a drink and a dip in the pool... enjoyable & wonderful! :))
The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I will come back here!
