Amazing staff, superb breakfast, great location!
Pros:

Amazing, kind and smiling staff at the reception and also at the breakfast! Great location. Breakfast was amazing, and unbelievable I know: but the best Pho we had in Vietnam was here at the breakfast!

Cons:

There were a few small hairs in the bed, but otherwise the room was very clean, and the bathroom was even cleaner!

Pros:

The hotel staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, which made a positive impression. Although the hotel is marketed as a four-star property in Vietnam, in my opinion, it is more comparable to a three-star standard. That said, the hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to travel anywhere.

Cons:

The room was quite small, and the fitness center was also limited in size with insufficient equipment. The swimming pool was closed for renovation starting on the second day of my stay, and there was no prior notice given, which was disappointing.
