Nous avons adoré, pour nous tout a été parfait 🤩, de la réception jusqu’au petit déjeuner . Le service de l’hôtel est simplement parfait, concernant le petit déjeuner il est complet varié et l’organisation de l’accueil des clients est très précise, les accueillants sont très sympathiques, souriants et professionnels. Nous retournons sans hésiter.

Pour nous comme tout a été parfait, il n’y a rien que nous à déranger.

Ubicación del hotel

Cons:

La cisterna del baño no funcionaba bien.
Solo había dos ascensores y uno estuvo averiado durante 4 días sin ser reparados. Y 2 ascensores son insuficientes para ese hotel
Siendo un hotel de 4 estrellas nos intentaron cobrar la tasa turística como si tuviera 5 estrellas. Y si no te quejas por defecto te cobran 10 euros persona y noche en lugar de 7,5 euros que es lo que corresponde a 4 estrellas

Pros:

Well located, nice room space, nice rooftop and breakfast. The staff was gentle.

Cons:

One elevator did not work during the 3 days I was there taking a lot of time to going up and down in the rush times. Also, the air conditioner did not work .

מלון טוב מאד במיקום מעולה

המיקום מעולה קרוב למטרו לאוטובוסים בתי קפה ובוטיקים. ארוחת הבוקר עשירה מגוונת ומצויינת. בהתחלה קיבלתי חדר נוראי שפונה למדרגות פנימיות ללא קרן שמש - חושך מוחלט ואין אויר. מייד ביקשתי להחליף, היה ערב ואמרו שאין ושבבוקר יחליפו. ואכן למחרת קיבלתי חדר עם הרבה אור ונוף. הצוות אדיב.

המיקלחון לא ניסגר טוב והרבה מים נוזלים החוצה. הטלביזיה לא היתה תקינה. דרוש שיפוץ ריענון לפרוזדורים, וגם להחליף לדלתות מודרניות עם כרטיסים!

Location and view from rooftop was amazing!

Cons:

Room was hot - no ability to cool. bathtub was dangerous (even if I am an active person) - hard to get in an out of (I’m short) and slippery
