Good location.

Cons:

Definitely not a 4-star hotel, more like a 2-star hotel or hostel. Everything in the room is broken and falling apart. We stuffed towels under the tap, the pipes burst, and water was leaking from underneath. The shower cabin is unusable, broken, and moldy.

Most importantly, there are huge hygiene problems. The room where they keep the "clean" sheets and towels was open; I went inside, and the photos are below. The room is in a terrible state, falling apart. Trash, clean towels, and sheets were all mixed together.

Excellent - impressed with the Hotel and staff, very central and worth a look
Pros:

Hotel = also offered "free" events (local walking tours etc) - which looked great but we were already maxed out, so didn't have chance to try them.

Room = was ok/large size, plenty of "as you would expect" facilities, clean, tidy, and made up every day

Location = Excellent, right in the centre (near rail terminal that you could use it as a landmark to get back too). Rome is made to walk round and we did! Entrance was unassuming, nice but you could walk past it, but once inside it was great

Staff = excellent, most spoke English, all helpful and pleasant, helpful when looking for specifics, would check availability etc

Breakfast = Excellent roof level view, food was excellent, plentiful, fresh, some homemade and a good variety

Cons:

Room = the only concerns were
(1) Too warm - but turned Aircon off (hotel had it configured Italian winter mode so only heated) and opened window = sorted (it was early March and Italians see it as winter - as a Brit we saw it as a warm spring - shades and shorts!)
(2) the shower wasn't the best, was a hand wand over the bath, not a stand under shower you would expect

Interesting- but not as posh as it thinks it is - judging by what thy charge
Pros:

Quirky spacious rooms. Really great location

Quality of fitting not great. Bit dated. Very few power sockets

Perfekte Unterkunft für Stadtbesichtigung und Kulturbegeisterte, Oper um die Ecke, Theater sehr nahe
Pros:

Perfekte Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes und U-Bahnstation. Auch die Haltestelle für Busse mit brauchbaren Buslinien ist vor dem Hotel. Sehr gute reichhaltiges abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bars fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Fluchtwege und Zugänge zum Stiegenhaus könnten besser gekennzeichnet sein!

Good location easy access to places of interest.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, although choice for cooked food very limited. Yummy cakes and desserts, If you have a sweet tooth, plenty of options.

Cons:

Decor a little tired but not enough to complain about. The font used by La Griffe was not clear, as we stopped outside the hotel and didn’t realise we’d arrived (smile).

Repetiria, sem dúvida!
Pros:

- Pequeno-almoço: excelente;
- Staff: muito gentil, profissional e disponível;
- Quarto: muito confortável e impecavelmente limpo;
- Localização: muitíssimo conveniente.

Cons:

O wc liberta um cheiro muito desagradável, o que se resolve arejando o quarto; no último dia, estava aparentemente resolvido; seria importante reactivar o sistema de fecho por cartão que me pareceu pré-instalado; o uso de chave não é favorável.
Algumas zonas interiores do edifício como as escadas de acesso ao último piso e os corredores em geral necessitam de intervenção urgente pois desvalorizam muito o alojamento. É uma pena pois considerei o hotel altamente recomendável e teria muito gosto em voltar.
