Sulle donne di servizio ai piani ..le ho trovate mentre entravano in camera senza bussare né chiedere il permesso ..hanno poi paura del cane ..quindi in 4 giorni si sono sempre rifiutate di pulire la camera !!

Nothing!! Alert!! Scammers!! This hotel scammed me by charging me for a Suite then downgrading me to a junior suite and lying to my face about it..
Alert!! Scammed out of money and amenities from this Hotel. And we were on our honeymoon, Lets not offer the guest an upgrade lets downgrade them like they will never know or find out, was front desk and managements approach. Also front desk nor Egor didn’t bother asking why we chose room with elevator (my wife has a disability and requires her not to use stairs, so yes a few nights she had to sleep downstairs). We were not given the right room because hotel decided to make change not us and not cool. Front desk also lied to me about the room as if they upgraded us, which was a joke.. Then manager Egor came out to see what he can do, but yet I still do not have an answer or refund for my overpayment for smaller room with less amenities. Then when I confronted Egor again, he said they are waiting for property managment approval, but they should and they have been ignoring since request on 6/30/2026. This is considered bait and switch tactic and is truly considered THEFT. They also had broken amenities, toilet seat broken, door broken, bugs, do not waste your money staying here.. Egor and management if you are reading this please do the right thing and refund me the difference for the smaller room as advertised. I was overcharged by $600-$700Euro.. Do not Trust this Hotel!

Le dimensioni della camera, l' abbondante colazione con tanta scelta, lo staff cordiale e disponibile e i servizi accessori dell' hotel hanno reso il soggiorno comodo e piacevole.
Ho chiesto di avere un cuscino più morbido di quelli presenti e lo staff ha provveduto a portarne uno nel giro di pochi minuti.
Il bagno, spazioso ma necessita di lavori. La vasca con delle macchie e residui di calcare e sporcizia.
Toaletten gick knappt att spola. Utsikten var rakt in i en stenvägg. Lyhört.
