thrilled to find this lovely midway oasis for friends gatheringfrom New England and New York area.
Pros:

No breakfast
would have liked. but coffee was good, once I figured out how to use the machine correctly

Pros:

It is very well located, the room is big and confortable, clean and new. We loved it. We wish the comun areas were a little bit warmer so we could enjoy them more. I highly recomend this place

The quality of this place has gone downhill and was disappointing.

Cons:

I have been staying at this hotel for YEARS. I cannot believe how rundown this place has become. The rugs are stained through out the hallways along with room furniture falling apart. The shower was repaired with a huge patch and the tub floor was squishy. The hairdryer didn’t work and the bathroom mirror was scratched up.
I would say this place is in dire need up many updates and smelled of tobacco and marijuana. It was pretty shabby.

Nice location, nice house

Cons:

The toilet clogged up and was unusable. Was able to speaker to a team member on the emergency line but all they did was apologize and ask me to use the plunger in the bathroom! It wasn’t even the right plunger. Had to use the lobby bathroom. They agreed to do a full refund and waiting for it. No one called to check in or follow up. Very disappointed.

Pros:

The house is quaint, the room comfortable and roomy and the common areas were very inviting.

Cons:

Nespresso maker did not work well for me. It seemed to only work with certain pods.

Fabulous Inn, fantastic location on a quiet road just off Massachusetts Ave. No car needed, plenty to do and see on foot
Pros:

Fabulous location , beautiful historic Inn, well appointed rooms and common areas. Lovely!

Cons:

Although not having an onsite reception felt a little odd, staff were very responsive via email. I look forward to returning.
