I really enjoy staying at Ashley Inn & suites. Best value for the money and has everything you could need or want.
Pros:

Has everything you need! Pool and hot tub, places to sit while in the pool area. Nice breakfast area. The little store so you don’t have to leave to get small things.

Cons:

The dining area gets really cramped. All seats and tables should be one height to maximize seating. I think that area needs remodeling.

It was a good stay the breakfast was good! The front desk guy was amazing!!

Cons:

We didn’t get notified about the pool heater not working until we got there so unfortunately we didn’t use it cause it was FREEZING cold!! Also at breakfast the apple juice was warm yuck! And the orange juice too. Who likes warm drinks!? Not me!

Pros:

I made the reservation through Booking for just an overnight stay. The listing mentioned that the hotel was pet-friendly, but it did not specify the pet fee. I was surprised to be charged $65 plus taxes for my dog — a completely unreasonable amount, even more expensive than our own stay.

I didn’t cancel because the reservation had already been prepaid through Booking.

The hotel itself is decent, but we were given a room right in front of the reception, which was very noisy and made it difficult to rest. Another downside was the mattress, which was too soft and uncomfortable.

A warning for anyone traveling with pets: make sure to check the fees in advance, as they can be excessive.

Cons:

Mattress and pet fee , very expensive .

Pros:

Very friendly staff, check in was fast and easy, beds were soft and comfortable, room was a good size has mini fridge and a microwave. Shower pressure was good, we did not visit the pool. I was told that there us a 7.00 pool fee that I wasn't aware of that's paid at the property

Was not informed of ALL FEES when making reservations!!!!!!

I was not informed up front about an additional fee for the other. I booked through booking com and specifically sent a message that I needed a pet room. The hotel sent an email but we booked while driving and I want able to get that message until after we had physically been to the hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed of the additional fee. We went across the street to Motel 6, who don't charge to have your dog! It may be booking com, it may be the hotel, but knowing ahead.of time about ALL fees when making reservations is an.HONEST way to do business!!!
