Cons:

Our toilet tank exploded, they were unable to provide the ADA room I booked, and when asked about the ADA room I was met with attitude and dismissal.

Need a Remodel. Mold Everywhere.
Pros:

Right across the street from a convenience store and Starbucks next door. The breakfast muffin was good from the continental breakfast.

Cons:

We're a family of 5 so I reserved yo rooms; connected for space. The Queen toom was fine but the king room was terrible. I asked for a refund for the King room and was told I could have 20% off my next stay. No thank you Ashley Inn, I will never return my family here and here's why.......The guy to check you in was rude. The room had a horrible musty nursing home smell. Noticed the next morning the window seal was full of mold. The TV stopped working during the night. We worked with it about 15mins and couldn't get it so we called the front desk. She basically said turn it off and back on. Didn't work. She came and worked with it, nothing happened. Asked to switch rooms was told nothing else was available. Basically said screw you tv and your comfortable stay. The beds were super squishy like waayy to soft. The mattress gave really old. Was told the pool was cold at check in cause they're having issues with the warmer but it was literally ice cold and the hottub was literally FILTHY🤢🤢 there was hair and dirty all in the foam and bubbles. The water looked nasty ashy Grey brownish. DISGUSTING. Was asked how my stay was at checkout and I told the complete truth. They gave no accountability for anything and basically blamed everything on ling term guests downstairs, which made no sense. What they have to do with non working tvs, filthy hottubs, ice cold pools, or horrible customer service?? There was also plenty of other families complaining of not working today and mold in their rooms.

It would’ve been better if my rooms didn’t smell like pee and the staff person wasn’t so rude.

The room’s smelled of urine. The first room I stayed in smelt of urine and when I went to talk to the front desk, person about it after spending most of the day out and about with my friends, he got rude with me. He offered me another room that was across from the ice machines which were very loud all day and all night long. As if that weren’t bad enough, the second room smelled worse than the first.

Value Hotel 🏨 and free breakfast
Pros:

Hidden Gem in Lincoln City...At home feeling hospitality...They make fresh waffles 🧇 for their breakfast with the room...Very friendly and personable staff always there to help...will definitely stay here again!!!

Pros:

Breakfast was ok. The room was nice but paid the floor needs repaired I got a cupboard the bottom of my foot.

Cons:

I had been there 5 days and mentioned the possibility of needing to come back later and stay one more night and was told I would have to pay for 2 days

It was nice and relaxing, but we were disappointed we couldn't use the pool and hot tub.
Pros:

The room was great. Very comfortable bed for sleeping, etc.

Nice shower, bathroom, kitchenette, and sitting area.

The host was kind in telling us the pool heat was not working, and did not charge us the amenity fee.

Cons:

Some sort of guide for the TV would have been helpful. We couldn't figure out how to watch anything.

The host said the hot tub was in working order, and we looked forward to that. But it was barely warm, and there was scummy stuff in the water. We got out immediately and showered as soon as we got back to the room.
