Not all the staffs fault, but not a good trip.
Pros:

Location was fine. Breakfast was okay, but they have a $7 amenity fee now.

Cons:

Elevator broke, bad knee so moved to 2nd floor, still too much stair. Towels and hand towels, no wash clothes in room. Too many kids using pool, paddle locked so could be cleaned/ balanced and not be used while we were there.

Great room EXCELLENT staff!
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful, responsive and professional. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom could have been cleaner....and the shower had almost no water pressure. The workspace in the room was great. There's NOWHERE else to work outside of it.

Cons:

No hotel office space.

We liked the quiet and central location and are likely to stay again.
Pros:

The room was large and there were 2 chairs for sitting in. The location of the inn was very quiet.

Cons:

There was water on the floor when we entered the room. We notified the front desk and they came and cleaned it up and thought they fixed it, but in the morning it still leaked.

Good place with good employees but the rooms need to be cleaned better.
Pros:

I liked the employees and the amenities.

Cons:

The floors in the room were very dirty and had sticky spots where the floor and base of the bed meet. Also At the side of the hotel there’s a spot to take your dogs bathroom, there was a man with a bong, smoking weed on the bench. Like it was nothing. I had to go to the opposite side of the building just to take the dogs bathroom. I think if they monitored that area more maybe that wouldn’t have happened. If someone is smoking weed out of a bong and it goes unnoticed, what else could be going on out there unnoticed?
Also that same area, the door doesn’t close all the way. You need a card to enter but since the door doesn’t fully shut, anyone could walk in. That made me feel insecure in how safe the building was.

Girls weekend
Pros:

It is close to the casino and the beds were very comfortable. Small snack bar where you Cann but popcorn or whatever.

Cons:

The elevator broke down Saturday and no one could look at it till Monday. 2 of our party have trouble with stairs and moving to the first floor was not an option.
The pool was really cold and the hot tub was almost too hot

We have to leave at around twelve a m.The first night, because the alarm kept going off every couple of minutes. I'm still waiting to be reimbursed 2 nights. Through your website.
