Room was clean

Cons:

Main sink outside the bathroom overflowed from someone shower upstairs. It wouldn’t really drain after brushing teeth or washing hands. I don’t think it’s really right to change extra for amenities like pool,gym or anything to do with the property. I didn’t even use them.

The front desk employee Trisha was beyond helpful and friendly. Room was very quiet and the hot tub had jets that were unbelievable.

Cons:

Bit too much chlorine in the hot tub. Burned our eyes.

We really liked the set up with the suite - 2 queen beds on one side and the king room off to the other side.

The location made it difficult to get into when making a left into the parking lot

Poor property and crazy bad customer service.
Cons:

This used to be such a nice property. It’s a meth house now. All night long people screaming and walking back and forth above us. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Cons:

The room was listed as having an ocean view. The hotel isn’t close to the ocean, and my view was of the parking lot. There was sand on the floor of the room. The shower head had no pressure.
