Pros:

This is one of my favorite places to stay! The staff is always very friendly and professional. Their check in process is simple and there are no last minute notifications that guests are required to put up a "incidental or damage deposit"

The entrance is simple yet very clean and inviting. They have a well stocked incidentals area where tou can purchase items misplaced or forgotten or snacks and beverages for those late night cravings.

The lobby is open 24 hours which for me is a huge plus and a almost guarded return or referrall for me!

The rooms boast a very inviting and relaxing environment with upper quality mattresses and bedding. The rooms are always clean and have never had a complaint.

Most of my travels are with my handicapped daughter who is in a wheelchair and loves her long baths. All their Ada rooms have accessible showers only so this can be a bit of a challenge for us but with a little creativity and their rolling office chairs we always manage! This isnt something i see as a complaint as they do have accessible rooms we just choose to go with a room with a bath tub

When it comes to accessibility in other areas they deserve a huge high five! They have a lift for both their heated indoor pool and spa/hot tub! This is a huge thing for us and inclusiveness is something many other competitors are lacking.

All around I give the Ashely A+++ all around!

Cons:

The shower curtains are a pain and this is something that is across board for most hotels. They curved shower rod isnt meant to sit outside the bath tub but more inside just past the ledge, this keeps the curtain in place and prevents water from getting all over the floor one little adjustment in placement would cut down on the amount of towels used between bath body and water clean up.

Also the tub overflow is always in the wrong position and has caused a couple accidental over fills... the hole or over flow should be on the bottom and not top of the overflow this prevents water exiting the tub, when the hole is on the top the tub is already at max capacity and it makes it difficult to stop accidental flooding.

We had the best stay , friendly staff . always had a recommendations or answer , it was like staying with family, we went planning to stay for three nights and ended up staying 7 nights. highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Everything was nice and staff were helpful, just wish pool wasn't being cleaned during open hours.
Pros:

The pool was great. The staff were all kind and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The sound proofing is lacking for all those rooms close together. I could hear every conversation walking in the hallway through the doors, and we got a complaint from the people under us just from walking around the room to brush teeth etc. Even though they were probably just jerks, still I believe that the sounds carry too much. If people are very sensitive to sound maybe this isn't the place for them. Or request a top floor room.
Also, a huge reason we came here was for the pool. We got up ready to go since it opens at 8am and we had until 11. Well we woke up to the pool being closed for cleaning. The kids were more than upset. This is absolutely something you should schedule during pool closed time. Either at night or early in the morning before opening. Super happy at least it was open the evening before.

Best stay
Pros:

Lincoln city Or. it was amazing the staff when we check I. Was very accommodating. Daniel even took the time to upgrade our room so we could have conjoined rooms. Beast fast was great. Rooms were very nice the tube was great enough water pressure and hot water. Spa and pool was nice except someone put bubble bath in the spa.

I was excited to see Lincoln City Oregon.
Pros:

The room had a refrigerator, and we needed it for medical purposes, and the freezer looked like it had never been defrosted. We asked for a replacement, and the one they brought was worse. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff seemed bored. The breakfast was minimal at best.

Cons:

The refrigerator would have been better if the freezer had been defrosted, so it was usable. Also, there was a hole for an adjustment knob but it was empty.

Great location. Clean hotel. Price is good. The whole hotel up your third floor room smelled very strong of chlorine from the pool. Once in the room no smell. I was walking my son to the pool and stopped at the front area lobby to grab him a towel. The clerk working behind the desk stopped his conversation with a customer checking in to tell me in a very loud tone ( almost yelling ) that I couldn’t have beverages in the pool area I was carrying a Diet Coke. He instructed me to leave it at the front desk. I politely told him I was not planning on swimming I was just walking my adult son down to the pool. He still insisted I leave my Coke on the check in counter. NO - I’m an adult. I see the signs, I am a rule follower thanks.

The location was good. Parking was easy and outside was clean and appealing.

Cons:

The hotel hallways and lobby was FREEZING! We were on the ground floor and it was awful for temperature. The front lobby door was open non stop and it was in the 20-30’s outside. The pool and hot tub were both very gross and dirty. You could barely see your feet in the pool. The hot tub was so foamy and COLD. There was no temp difference between the pool and hot tub. We asked the night staff about turning the temp up on the hot tub and he said “that’s not my problem.” Very disappointing when one thing we really wanted was the hot tub and pool.
The gal doing the hot breakfast was great! She was very attentive and helpful! Thankfully Starbucks is next door because the coffee was awful! The beds were comfortable and layout of room was good, however, we would not look to stay here again. For what it cost, it really didn’t have anything we were wanting.
