Not pleasant at all.
Cons:

Room was filthy, hair on the wall in shower and gunk on the head board above one of the beds, and the floor wasn't even swept! And no one around to complain to!! And when we did, kinda felt blown off!

Don't reserve for the pool facilities
Pros:

Location is good. Close to where I needed to be.

Cons:

I hoped to enjoy the pool facilities however; the hot tub was disgusting. My kids got in and immediately out. They smelled, hairs and film stuck to them and they felt "sticky". The pool was decent but did not seem clean. In my room it smelled and the mattress was too soft to sleep on. I maybe got 3 hours of sleep a night.

The very essence of lipstick on a pig is what this "newly renovated" hotel is.
Pros:

The location and the free parking were about the only positives.

Cons:

The overall facility was filthy. The pool and hot tub were disgusting. The room was gross - we found what appeared to be poo on the floor. The entire floor in our room was sticky. The breakfast was not what is shown in the pictures.

Adequate, but not my favorite.
Pros:

For two nights and two full beds, the value was good.

Cons:

The room we had (300 I think) had a broken screen, so we were unable to open the window without bugs getting inside.
