I would stay again but perhaps ask for a nicer room
Pros:

Hotel location was good with close proximity to everything in Easton.
Front dek staff helped with a TV issue which was nice. Grab and go breakfast was a nice touch.

Cons:

Room was generous, but needs a deep clean. Corners of carpet were dirty with lint and dus bunnies. the bed skirt was hanging off the end of the bed. the mirror is too deep for the sink and I hit ym head everytime I brushed my teeth.
For the price, I expected it to be a little more dialed. The hallways and doorways are showing their age.

Wonderful hotel right in Downtown Easton
Pros:

We use to live in Easton and whenever we get back to visit family we love staying at the Tidewater Inn. It’s a beautiful hotel updated rooms nice fun bar area. Historic building and great location for walking all through the town of Easton.

If it wasn’t for the staff, I would recommend it

Cons:

I was fine until a staff member on the evening/night shift decided to belittle myself and my boyfriend because we were from Cambridge. And then he proceeded to use profanities regarding the town that I’m from talking about how there’s nothing but trash in that town.

Lovely older hotel with traditional amenities.
Pros:

Breakfast sandwich on weekday was ok. Would have preferred restaurant breakfast. Lobby fireplaces and lounge areas were very nice.

Cons:

Bathroom in room 329 was WAYYYY too small and cramped. No towel bars.

I was with a plein air group to have a two day session with Bernie Dellario.
Pros:

Great location. Great staff. Excellent Tavern on the property. Nice indoor and outdoor spaces.

The remodeled rooms are very nice. The staff is kind and accommodating.

Cons:

Our room has a light over the bed that was out and the TV didn't work and we got maintenance in to fix it. Just minor details but they shouldn't be overlooked in this price range.
