The staff was friendly.

Cons:

During our stay, we experienced multiple serious issues.

The elevator was out of service for the entire duration of our stay. This was especially problematic as two elderly guests were assigned to the 2nd floor and had to use the stairs.

Additionally, on the second day, there was no hot water available in the room (neither in the shower nor the sink), which significantly affected our stay.

The accommodation offered a room change to the 4th floor, which we found unreasonable, especially on the evening before departure, as it would require moving all luggage again.

Overall, the accommodation did not meet the expected standards and the services advertised.

When i was at the reception to ask for an invoice, they told me they cannot issue or change it. While i was waiting, one customer waited very long for an order, and was seemingly upset about it. Another one came, also upset, and asked for the staff names.

Location was ok, frequent tram lines just in front of the building. Staff was friendly at the arrival. Cleaning in the room more or less ok.

Cons:

There was a large group of teenagers/students during my stay. Not only them but also other people made unpleasant my stay and the use of common areas (kitchen and lobby). I realized looking at the cleaning checklist at the kitchen that the staff only cleaned once a day, and that was insufficient taking into account the bad use of it that all those guests were doing. Also not free towel provided I don't know why, since in a hostel of this company was providing one for my stay in another city. On top of that, last morning when I was about to have some breakfast before check-out: Susprise! I got some of my food stolen (that was properly labeled with my name)

Freundlich, sauber, praktisch, gute Lage
Pros:

Ich war positivst überrascht zu diesem Preis diesen Comfort zu bekommen, tiptop sauber, kein unnötiger Schnickschnack. Sehr angenehm empfand ich die Dame und die Herren an der Reception, freundlich, hilfsbereit -> professionell. Danke

Not a good stay!
Pros:

The only good thing was that the tram was near the hotel.

Cons:

I didn't like that the door of my room couldn't lock.
I HATE that it was hard to sleep due to all the screaming in the hall way, ponding on walls & slamming doors from 8pm to early morning hours!
This hotel is a hangout spot for teens.
I do not recommend this hotel if you have kids!
