Me parece una vergüenza que después de gastarnos más de 1000 euros te digan que no tienes derecho a desayuno en una Suite que vale más de 500 euros. Son unos golfos

Pros:

The room was great. Air conditioning perfect when temperatures were over 49 degrees outside. Dinner in the restaurant was really good. Staff were lovely

Rustig gelegen hotel in de heuvels rond Toledo met ruime privé parking.
Pros:

Rustig gelegen locatie in de heuvels met uitzicht op Toledo. De kamers zijn wat gedateerd, maar wel heel ruim en schoon. Het restaurant heeft een beperkte kaart, maar het eten is zonder meer goed. Ook het ontbijt was zeer goed verzorgd. Met de auto ben je in een paar minuten in Toledo, waar voldoende parkeergelegenheid is om de stad in te gaan. Goede prijs/ kwaliteitsverhouding.

Cons:

Personeel doet niets aan klantenbinding. Een cursus servicegerichtheid zou zeker op zijn plaats zijn. De schoonmaakdienst daarentegen was zeer aardig. Rondom het zwembad was weinig schaduwgelegenheid.

A não repetir, sendo que esta foi a segunda vez que ficamos alojados neste Hotel supostamente de 5*

Vista fenomenal de Toledo muito tranquilo.

Cons:

Lamentavelmente, a nossa estadia esteve longe de corresponder às expectativas de um serviço hoteleiro digno desse nome. O espaço pauta-se por uma visível degradação e por uma gritante falta de manutenção crónica que se faz sentir assim que cruzamos a porta do quarto.

A experiência na casa de banho conseguiu a proeza de ser simultaneamente árida e inundada:

Água fria: O chuveiro recusou-se persistentemente a fornecer água quente, oferecendo-nos apenas um banho gélido.

Inundação: A banheira encontrava-se entupida, transformando um momento de higiene num exercício de paciência.

O "bónus" do teto: Para culminar, fomos surpreendidos por uma generosa infiltração vinda do piso superior, com água a cair diretamente do teto da nossa casa de banho.

Este último incidente obrigou-nos a uma mudança de quarto a meio da estadia, o que se revelou um transtorno perfeitamente dispensável. Em suma, o hotel encontra-se num estado de decadência que exige uma intervenção urgente. Uma escolha a não repetir.

Hotel con una gran relación calidad precio, amplias y limpias instalaciones y unas bonitas vistas

Hotel con muy buena ubicación y unas bonitas vistas de Toledo. El baño y la habitación familiar son super amplios y están muy limpios, relación calidad precio es una muy buena opción si viajas a Toledo y además se encuentra a poco más de 10 minutos del Parque Puy du Fou

Tiene muy buen aparcamiento, la cama tiene tamaño grande, estaba limpio. En nuestro caso pedimos una cuna y nos la pusieron y pedimos un cambio de habitación para tener cama matrimonial en lugar de dos camas y nos lo hicieron, fueron muy amables

La ubicación y la luminosidad muy buena, el servicio de internet malo, pisos y muebles viejos y gastados.

El servicio de internet es pésimo, se corta permanentemente.lo revisaron y siguió funcionando mal, es obsoleto.
La habitación está sin mantenimiento y remodelacion desde hace mucho tiempo, pisos rotos y gastados, muebles viejos y torcidos, bañera gastada.
