Pros:

Tuvimos un problema personal que nos obligó a cambiar la fecha de la estancia. No nos pusieron ningún problema y entendieron perfectamente nuestra situación. Een hotel met ruime comfortabele kamers op een rustige plek.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt dicht bij de stad en toch op een rustige plek met een grote tuin. De kamers zijn comfortabel. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid.

Cons:

Op de kamer misten we de mogelijkheid om zelf thee of koffie te maken. In de mooie tuin misten we bankjes/zitplekken. Het was nl prachtig weer.
Het personeel bij het ontbijt begroette niet erg gastvrij/vriendelijk.

Está bien ubicado y la vista es muy buena, pero NO ES UN 5 ESTRELLAS

Cons:

El AC de nuestra habitación hacía mucho ruido, al avisarle a la recepción nos informaron que iban a venir a verlo, en lugar de eso directamente lo apagaron. Reclamamos que queríamos que nos cambien de habitación para evitar pasar calor por la noche (fuera hacia 27°), nos pasaron a otra habitación que no cumplía con las comodidades que estábamos pagando. La de recepción no sabía en qué piso estaba nuestra habitación ni mucho menos qué tipo de habitación era. Acabamos durmiendo en el cuarto con el AC ruidoso.
Por otro lado, nuestra reserva incluía una mascota, bien podrían haber dejado una cucha y un plato con agua al presentarse como pet friendly, pero NADA.
La atención del personal fue muy pobre en todo momento, el desayuno decidimos no pagarlo porque se veía todo recién salido de Mercadona.

Buen hotel en Toledo
Pros:

Me encanta este hotel, ya hemos repetido varias veces y siempre es una buena experiencia. El personal es muy amable y atento, y el hotel es precioso. No tengo nada que criticar. Además, el desayuno es muy bueno.

Cons:

No es un hotel de 5 estrellas. Le falta actualización, desayuno muy justo, instalaciones obsoletas, habitación igual de obsoleta. Le han dado un lavado sutil pero no es suficiente . No merece lo que vale

Clean and nice grounds, free parking, could do with little refresh in bedrooms. Dog friendly although not allowed in cafe/ restaurant not major problem.

Cons:

Bit more pricy than some other hotels in area, not a 5 star by any means. Gardena and views very nice

Die Lage ist sehr schön, die Zimmer und der Balkon geräumig

Cons:

Leider außer Frühstück und schöne Lage nicht viel geboten! Pool war geschlossen , sämtliche Freisitz-Möglichkeiten waren nicht zugänglich! Keine Bar vorhanden oder eine andere nette Sitzgelegenheit, wo man abends noch einen Drink zu sich nehmen kann!Keine Liegestühle auf dem Balkon und auch sonst nicht im Gelände!
