Lokatie en hondvriendelijk

Cons:

Teveel voor een zogenaamd 5-sterren hotel. Matige Wifi. Wc spoelde niet altijd door. Douche te heet en niet in te stellen. Als je naar een echt 5-sterren hotel wilt gaan moet je naar het Alhambra Palace hotel gaan. Dit haalt niet eens 1 of 2 sterren in vergelijking daarmee. En als klap op de vuurpijl hadden we onder de bomen geparkeerd en zat onze auto onder hars en rode bessen, wat na een bezoek bij de wasstraat na een half uur met moeite met een hoge druk spuit verwijderd kon worden.

Cons:

Booking.com said soundproof rooms. They were NOT soundproof. We only choose soundproof because our dog gets nervous and you could hear everything here.

Good. Close to city centre, easy parking, helpful staff and reasonable price
Pros:

It was easy to find, the room was fine and no issues with the dog. The staff gave us good advice on going downtown for a meal, and where to find a boulangerie and Saturday market.

Pros:

Mobiliario viejo desgastado. El baño sin fuerza el agua de la ducha/ bañera, no sale caliente. No hay gorro de ducha. Admiten mascotas y no las vigilan, nos metieron entre dos habitaciones con perros. Todo el tiempo ladrando. Comimos en el hotel, no había nadie, los platos descascarillados, las instalaciones viejas. Un desastre. Muy caro. Una recepcionista morena y pelo rizado, rebatiendo todo, no nos solucionó los problemas. Dijo que era un lugar público que teníamos que aguantarnos. Increíble, maleducada y descarada.

Cons:

Nada. Fuimos a hacer un examen y la experiencia fue nefasta. El desayuno mal, caro, los huevos y el balcón de plástico. No se donde están las 5 estrellas.

Hotel de perros
Cons:

Admiten perros, nos dieron una habitación entre dos que tenían perros y sus dueños no controlaron a lo animales y ladraban constantemente.
El agua de la ducha no salía muy caliente y el choto con poca potencia. La ducha era de alcachofa y no había gorro de ducha.
El desayuno caro, los huevos revueltos y el bacon de plástico.
Comimos en el restaurante, y está muy viejo. Aunque la comida buena.

Escapada Romantica
Pros:

Me encanto la salida tarde de la habitación , las vistas y la habitacion grande, comoda, limpia.
El restaurante , el solomillo y la ternera riquisimos.
Hay parking gratis.

Cons:

Escapada romantica . me desiluciono que el champan y los dulces no estaban , tuve que recordarlo.

El wifi no funcionaba en la suit 221.
No hay mini bar, solo dos botellas de agua pequeña en la nevera ( eso se avisa , en la web pone minibar).
El telefono para pedir el servicio de habitacion no funcionaba, la tele aunque plana no tenia ningún entretenimiento (Netflix , disney , you tube).
El jardin lleno de colillas de cigarrillo, recogi como 20 y eso que no fumo.

Out of season visit near Toledo
Pros:

Great view of Toledo old town from the terrace.
Acceptability for pet dog

Cons:

Quite heavy restrictions on areas where we could go with our dog (almost everywhere)meant we were obliged to use room service with a limited evening menu.
Although rated 4* the inside fittings of the hotel looks like it was completed about 30 years ago. There was a telephone in the WC area and a transparent glass door separating the WC from the shower and bath area which was a bit odd plus the position of the loo roll holder restricted access to the loo and hitting ones shoulder .All was fitted with marble tiles with a slightly odd corner detail.
Some of the floor tiles were cracked and missing parts in the main room access area.
The bed was comfortable and provided with a blanket which unfortunately had several long black hairs present. Some of the sheets although clean were stained.
As we were obliged to use room service we probably didn't make the best choice on breakfast which is a shame because when I went to top up our coffee the fare offered looked to be quite good

La situación y las vistas de la ciudad.para

Para ser un establecimiento 5 estrellas hay muchas cosas que podían corresponder a un hostal .En el baño no hay productos de aseo, solo un dispensador (gel, champú,jabón de manos ),las toallas son pequeñas y escasas (no hay albornoces, no hay toallas de bidé).El agua de la ducha el primer día estuvo a punto de producirnos una escaldadura,sin posibilidad de que estuviera más fría y el segundo día estaba totalmente helada.El taburete del baño inutilizable a riesgo de sufrir una caída.
En el minibar solo hay un par de tristes botellas de agua.
Sin duda las prestaciones no corresponden a la categoría y al precio

trés bel établissement, malheureusement, on voit qu'il n'est plus en état. Beaucoup de bas de murs à refaire, plafonds abimés....

Cons:

Nous nous sommes garés sur le parking sous un arbre. Le lendemain matin notre voiture était recouverte de taches noires, au point que nous ne pouvions pas partir avec sans nettoyer le pare-brise !
Je suis allée à la reception et ils m'ont donné de quoi nettoyé.
Par contre, ils m'ont dit avoir vu que la voiture était garée à un endroit où elle risquait être trés sale. Mais ils ne nous ont pas prévenus ou indiqué qu'il serait mieux de la garer plus loin .... c'est bien dommage !
