Pros:

Lo que más nos gusto fue lo calmado y silencioso que estaba. La verdad lo disfrutamos mucho, a eso fuimos, a descansar.

Great everything except a couple of things
Pros:

Staff were great, had my room before check-in regular time (asked in advance for it due to my arrival time and they accomodate no problem).
Great room with everything as advertised.

Cons:

Fridge didn't work... maintenance staff were off due the holiday but the admin staff offered to change my room to another with a working one, but we already had placed our stuff out of the bags, so we decided not to move.
Why the point off? We asked them to replace the fridge instead (easier and typical solution) and they said no maintenance staff on duty... so that was the only caveat, but, if we've needed something else, we'd have been out of luck!.
Breakfast buffet was too simple with little options and the cook was (understandably) angry for working on the holidays.

Uno de los elevadores no funcionó,
El agua de la regadera pasaba demasiado al otro lado y pequeños detalles que hacían ver un aspecto sucio del cuarto..
