The location for what we were doing was good.
I felt like it needed a good deep clean. Most of the power outlets didn't work. The blind didn't close. The coffee machine needed cleaning.

Nothing it was the worst hotel
The beds had stains all over it. The floor was sticky. There were cobwebs everywhere. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work and it smelled when you walked in. It smelled like marijuana as well. Overall, it was a terrible stay and I would love to get a refund.
The location was what we needed while staying in that area. Quick walk to stores and restaurants, and a nice downhill walk back from the Pavilion after a show.
The owners were really nice and friendly and check-in/check-out was a breeze. It seemed like they kept common areas very clean.
The room was just... Dirty. Stains on walls, floors, bedding, towels. Crusty food stuck to the decorative pillow, and the chair was damaged. The TV remote had clearly been used as a chew-toy by a dog (though policy said no pets allowed). The bathroom was dingy and towels were tiny + mine smelled really weird, like fried food and chemicals. The mini-fridge worked, but it was broken, like the door didn't fully close.
The continental breakfast was also just, not worth it. I assume there is no kitchen for the hotel, so the eggs and sausage were clearly microwaved and had no flavor or seasoning, they were just flat. The coffee was not good, and they didn't have tea options for my partner. Bummer to have amenities that you can't even use.

The staff was extremely rude the room was dirty there was roaches in the room the bedding did not look like it was there was a foul odor it was all around just probably the worst experience I've had at a hotel

no daily cleaning. coffee maker broken. cooffe in lobby was cold at 730 AM.

The ac was not working well at night it would shut off ... also the tv did not work the first night ... an the last noght some of the plugs went out wen my girlfriend tried to use microwave .. also no pool.
