Stayed here and learned I’m not a fan of surprise insect roommates.
Pros:

Wow. Where do I start? The hotel really went above and beyond to make sure I never forget my stay—mainly by introducing me to an entire ant community that apparently lives there full-time. Woke up with them crawling on me, which was a lovely touch. Management? Mysterious. Elusive. Possibly fictional. Calls went unanswered, promises went nowhere. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience… that I would never recommend to anyone.

Cons:

I didn’t realize I was booking a room for myself and an entire colony of ants. They were all over the floor, bathroom, and even crawling on me when I woke up. Reported it twice—no manager ever available, no follow-up despite multiple calls. At this point, I think the ants run the place better than management. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Second floor
Pros:

That on the 2nd day Karissa was nice enough to put us in room on the 1st floor as I am disabled

Cons:

That when we arrived from a very long drive they put us on the 2nd floor when we stated in our reservation 2 months prior that we needed a lower level room because we have difficulty climbing stairs. They stated they didn't have a lower level available.

Pros:

We were there only four hours. Massive ants were all over the place from the front door to the bathroom to underneath the desk and over the refrigerator in microwave.
