Pros:

This is a hotel that exceeded expectations in actual experience, and what was truly impressive were the service details. Just when I was troubled by some problems, Justin helped me. He was very professional, humorous, and attentive, and he considered many details for me, which ultimately allowed me to resolve the trouble perfectly. He is really great. Surprisingly, I even saw a robot in the lobby, which shows that the hotel has kept up with the times and is not “old and outdated” as described in other reviews.

Comfortable, good Location, but rooms are older.
Pros:

It is big, it is good, excellent location. Very comfortable. Mall is inside.

Cons:

Older furnishings, too much old style red rooms. Must be renovated, Pool is too far, next building and 3 lifts to use.

我和外国同事一起入住，我们定了一样的房间，酒店前台给外国同事升级了，给了更好的房间。我觉得对外国人比对中国自己人更好。觉得不合理。

Posizionata proprio sulla metro di people Square, comoda per raggiungere ogni luogo. Lo Staff (Grazie Martin) ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli per visitare Shangai e per capire dove mangiare. il giorno del compleanno di mia moglie hanno fatto trovare una tortina in camera di alta pasticceria. The hotel location is very good, near People's Square. There is Huanghe Road nearby, a street with lots of good food and very busy. Yuki from front desk is very nice, she explain things carefully. Food is also satisfying，balanced taste, can fit different guests. It was a really great stay
