A perfect, peaceful city-center retreat with breathtaking Bund views and exceptional, world-class staff.

We stayed in a Business Suite for two weeks and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was cozy and offered a spectacular, full view of the Bund. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional, from the top-notch hotel facilities to the prime city-center location.

What really sets this hotel apart, however, is its outstanding staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and supportive. We would like to extend our special thanks to Mr. Envy from the management team, Ms. Cathy in the business lounge, and Ms. Jessica at the reception desk for their exceptional hospitality. Additionally, the breakfast offered an impressive and delicious variety of choices each morning. I would like to single‑out the front‑desk staff Paul the exceptional service during my recent stay. He processed my check‑in quickly without unnecessary waiting. When I asked about transportation and nearby dining spots, he patiently offered practical recommendations. This warm attitude made my whole‑trip much more relaxing. The service from front‑desk is definitely the highlight of this hotel. I will choose this property again on my next visit and recommend it to my friends.

Excellent. Very relaxing and a good base for Shanghai.
Pros:

Good breakfast buffet. Lovely room. Central location.
Easy to get to the metro. It is across the road from the hotel. Staff friendly and most helpful.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property and most of the staff were very good. I phoned the concierge to book at taxi and they said the only car they could book was the hotel car for 700 yuan. I asked if there were taxis outside at 6am and they said that there should be but couldn’t guarantee it. I ended up booking a taxi on Didi for about 250 yuan. And there were about 15 taxis outside the hotel when I left. I felt concierge could have been more helpful rather than trying to get me to book the expensive hotel car.

Very disappointed in the stay

It was old, dirty . The beds and pillows was extremely uncomfortable . The bell boy seem disinterested in his job. Their was no greeting or helping of luggages
