Pros:

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff
Pros:

Good English speaking staff at reception. The courtesy umbrella during a rainy day was welcomed. We love the direct connection to the under pass.to Nanjing Road.

Cons:

We used to be able to get YouTube access on previous visits but noticed it was not available this time. Better access to Western websites was one of our reasons for selecting this hotel in the past.

Pros:

Great stay at Radisson Shanghai New World. Convenient downtown location and clean, comfortable room. Yuki gave us very good support during check‑in and helped secure a nice window seat for the revolving restaurant dinner. The view from the restaurant is amazing.
