Já tínhamos nos hospedado nesse hotel antes a trabalho e gostamos muito. Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis, com um bom banheiro, e tudo muito limpo. A academia é bem cuidada e costuma estar bem vazia. A localização é perfeita na cidade e tem ótimas conexões com a rede de metrô, principalmente com a linha 2, que usamos para ir e voltar do aeroporto. A equipe fala inglês muito bem e o Martín, da recepção, me impressionou bastante falando em português!

We stayed here after our wedding as a mini honeymoon, and it was perfect. The flower bundle we requested was beautifully prepared, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Outstanding service and hospitality. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Highly recommended!

The whole family travels and stays, and the overall experience is full. The public areas are clean and tidy, the guest rooms are spacious, and the mattresses are moderately soft and hard. Oliver's intimate guidance throughout the process, with Sanny's careful questions and answers, the two served professionally and enthusiastically, took the initiative to help guide the elevator and luggage storage area, and treated people kindly and naturally. The hotel has excellent geographical location, mature surrounding facilities and full living comfort, which is worth recommending.

Loved stayng at this hotel. Breakfast is good. Nice views fron the top revolving restaurant and further top bar. Martin. The Chilean front office at check ins is very hospitable kind and superb service. Make you feel straight at home. Always having a smile on his face no matter how many guests he checked in before. Definitely a keeper . We will stay at this location any time
