Очень хорошее место расположение! Приветливый персонал! Хотел отметить очень неравнодушного сотрудника ресепшена - Полину, которая не только помогла поменять номер и делилась местными лайфхаками…

Cons:

Немного огорчило состояние номеров ( больше семейный сьют) и качество уборки, но это мелочи …

滿意嘅入住！
Pros:

酒店入住手續順暢，設施中規中矩，整體服務好熱情。入住期間有啲嘢需要幫手，前台經理Justin非常熱心，而且專業咁提供協助，令我順利搞掂咗手頭嘅事務，好多謝佢。得閒嗰陣，夜晚同朋友喺頂樓酒吧飲幾杯，氣氛唔錯，值得推薦。

Comfortable hotel close to Nanjing Rd
Pros:

Everything worked in the room. Clean bed clothing and towels, tidy room, nice aircon temperature, location of the hotel.

We loved our stay. Spacious, clean room. Good room service. Perfectly located at People’s Square close to 3 metro lines (including #2 from PVG). Great breakfast (more on the Asian-side with western options)
