Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo durante il nostro viaggio a Shanghai e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è davvero eccellente: situato vicino alla metropolitana e adiacente alla principale via dello shopping, permette di muoversi comodamente e di avere tutto a portata di mano.

La struttura è molto pulita e ben curata. La nostra stanza era grande, spaziosa e con un’ottima vista sui meravigliosi grattacieli della città, uno spettacolo soprattutto di sera.

Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile e cortese. In particolare, al desk abbiamo incontrato Martin, un ragazzo italiano molto disponibile, che ci ha dato ottimi consigli per il nostro soggiorno a Shanghai, rendendo la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole.

Hotel molto raccomandato, lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque voglia visitare Shanghai. Ci torneremmo sicuramente!

В целом отель рекомендую, номер отличный, но на вкусные завтраки не расчитывайте. Зато расположение великолепное цена ад

Сотрудница Полина на ресепшене очень нас порадовала знанием русского языка и заселением на 22 этаж. Большое ей спасибо.
В отеле достаточно чисто (учитывая, что заведения в Китае чистотой не отличаются). Ищ отеля есть прямой вход в приличный торговый центр. Нормальный кофе вы найдете только там. В номере было все необходимое. За кофемашину и капсулы к ней - отдельный зачет. На завтраке есть яйца, масло, можно налить горячее молоко. Разнообразие соков. Ананасы и арбузы прекрасные, спасибо.

Cons:

Завтраки ориентированы на внутренних туристов, приезжему человеку крайне невкусно, что очень меня удивило. Ну не едим мы утром жареные пельмени и подобное. Совершенно неспособны сварить съедобную кашу, наверно со временем научатся. Берите с собой Дошираки и Ролтоны, даже они вкуснее. Кофе пахнет немытыми трубками кофемашины, уж лучше в номере пить капсульный. В целом поесть удастся, но без малейшего удовольствия. Мы завтракали 5 раз и всегда было примерно одно и то же.
Но есть надо, потому что в городе все намного хуже.

В целом хороший отель с удобным расположением и внимательным русскоязычным персоналом на ресепшн
Pros:

Удобное расположение отеля, на ресепшн обслуживала русскоязычная девушка Полина, оказалась очень отзывчивой и внимательной, сделала апгрейд до люкса, правда через пару дней мы поменяли номер за доплату с видом на телебашню.

Cons:

Завтраки можно бы немного разнообразить, отсутствовала красная рыба)
У полулюкса вторая комната оказалась весьма маловата. Если путешествуете с семьёй, то лучше изначально бронировать люкс с видом на телебашню. Изначально нам дали люкс на 9 этаже с видом на крышу, днём были посторонние запахи еды в номере.
