Great staff made our stay enjoyable.
Pros:

We loved our stay here. The location was good for easy access to the Metro line 2 and all the attractions nearby. Also, it’s simple to connect to the Maglev train for the airport. Most importantly, the staff were fabulous. We had great service from Oliver, Yuki and Polina on the reception desk, and Davin/ David from concierge was superb; no task was too difficult.

Muchas gracias Martin por atendernos tan bien! Fue una suerte tremenda encontrar a alguien que hablara español.. El hotel es muy bonito y nuestra habitación era amplia y cómoda. La vista desde el restaurante del último piso es espectacular. 100% recomendable

Cons:

A veces toca esperar un poco en la recepción porque hay mucha gente. Sin embargo el staff atento y siempre hay suficiente gente de turno.

We had a lovely time exploring Shanghai, either walking, sub way or by car.
Pros:

The location was super. Plenty of space in the rooms. Everything was prefect. Very easy to take the sub way and go places.

Cons:

Видны следы угасания былого величия. Уже на 5 звезд трудновато натянуть. Хороших 4 звезды. Номера маленькие, туалетные принадлежности кладут далеко не все, полотенца застиранные и серые.

Pros:

Seconda volta che vado in questo hotel e il riscontro e' sempre molto positivo. Camere forse un po datate ma confortevoli, buonissima colazione, posizione perfetta, forse una delle migliori di Shanghai
