Location was excellent. We got a family room and it was dusty and smelled strange. Only one of the bedrooms had a window so the whole place was dark and dreary. Bathrooms and sheets were clean. The worst part was the pool. I got this hotel so my kids could ply in the pool but when we went there, the pool was being used for lap swimming and swim lessons! Why were there swim lessons in a hotel pool?!? My kids had no room to just throw a football around or play in the pool. It was disappointing.
This is an excellent hotel with a prime location, highly suitable for business travelers. We sincerely appreciate the professional assistance provided by Daniel and Jeff.
Paul was super helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us great local tips on where to eat and which routes to take. Truly personalized service！
