Pros:

When I checked into the hotel, I realized I had left my passport in a taxi. I am extremely grateful to the Duty manager Sanny for taking the time out of her busy schedule to help me contact the taxi driver and retrieve this very important document.
The hotel has an excellent location, and the staff’s service attitude and professionalism made me very glad I chose to stay here. I will definitely come back

午前8時に到着したので、予約を確認しに伺ったところスタッフのyukiさんが「10時からアーリーチェックイン可能です」と仰ってくれて、料金もなんと無料とのこと。大変ありがたかったです。対応も話す英語もエレガントでした。

Cons:

午後5時に仮眠を取っていたところノックをする音が。2回ほどノックが鳴ったので仕方なく出てみると、お部屋に有料のジュースをセットするのを忘れてしまったのでおいてください、とのこと。起こしてまでする事かなと思いましたが、DDカードを貼ってなかったので仕方ないかもしれません。

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere felt calm and well-organized, and the staff truly made the stay memorable.

A special thank you to Jackie, who is an absolutely amazing employee. She was kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. People like her are the reason guests want to come back again. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her positive energy made a huge difference.

Also I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel employee Horton, who helped us find our phone today. It was a truly stressful moment for us, but he stayed calm, attentive, and incredibly kind while helping us solve the situation. Thanks to his support, we were able to find the phone quickly, and he genuinely saved our day.

It is very rare and wonderful to meet such caring and helpful people. You can tell that the truly care about the guests and want to help from the heart, not just because it is part of the job. Thank you so much for your professionalism, patience, and kindness. Employees like Jackie and Horton create the kind of atmosphere that makes guests want to come back again.

Pros:

С самого заселения все было прекрасно. Заселили в 11, завтраки роскошные, на любой вкус. Номера комфортные, большие, все необходимое есть. В 3 мин от метро и в 10-15 мин от корабля Louis Vuitton, прогулочным шагом доходишь до башни и набережной, проходя перед этим рынок с едой)
Отдельное внимание хочется уделить русскоязычному сотруднику на ресепшене Полине, милейшая девушка, рассказала куда можно сходить поесть, что ещё посмотреть, как куда доехать, поспособствовала нашему быстрому заселению.
Если возвращаться в Шанхай- однозначно только в этот отель.
