It wasn’t to far from the event

Cons:

It was not clean, the back doors stayed unlocked throughout the whole night, didn’t feel safe knowing anyone could come in the building, my shower kept filling up in the tub do to clumps of hair stuck in the drain, the elevator was extremely slow and the stairwell smelled of mildew

I’m not sure why their rating is so low but that was NOT the experience we had. Great staff! Clean rooms! Great breakfast! The pool is perfect for energetic kids with doors that open up easing the noise and air movement. One plus is with multiple sport tournaments in the area, the amount of kids running around was in abundance… once our doors were shut, we didn’t hear a thing! That even having a room right next to the elevator and ice machine. The real show stopper though is the staff. Really friendly and accommodating. We would come back again just based on the experience with staff members alone.

There was no door separating the living room and bedroom. Trundle bed mattress was very uncomfortable. No trash can in bedroom. Bathroom smelled musty.
