Todo genial
Pros:

Muy buena atención del personal, habitaciones súper cómodas y ambiente muy tranquilo. Obsequios de bienvenida.

Boa, mas faltou mais informações sobre a piscina.
Pros:

As instalações são ótimas, a diretora do hotel veio falar conosco sobre o problema da piscina e foi muito atenciosa.

Cons:

Piscina fechada, na reserva não consta os dias que a piscina fica fechada. Liguei para a recepção, e disseram que não precisava reservar para ir a piscina, não disse nada sobre a piscina estar fechada. Fomos a piscina, e passado alguns minutos um homem nos disse que estava fechada e só abria dia 27 de maio se não me engano. Adiciono uma foto do suposta placa que dizia que a piscina estava fechada. A placa que dizia que a piscina estava fechada estava em uma folha branca e estava sobre uma placa amarela de risco de escorregar, o que é comum nas areas de piscina. Reservei esse hotel principalmente pela piscina. A comunicação interna falhou bastante nesse ponto.

El trato nada más llegar por parte del joven que nos recibió. La nota de bienvenida, los bombones, el silencio, la suitte premium...fue increíble.
