El mejor alojamiento para venir a Santiago
Pros:

Experiencia de 10!
Mi estancia en este hotel fue simplemente perfecta. Las instalaciones cómodas y ambiente fantástico. Mencionar a Carlos, el recepcionista que me atendió ya que su trato fue excepcional, siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Fantástica situación tanto para llegar en coche, desde el aeropuerto y llegar al centro de la ciudad en 5 minutos. Facilidad para encontrar transporte público al centro. Además te asesoran genial para ello.

Cons:

El personal muy poco implicado, tuvimos un problema con el taxi de vuelta a la estación y no nos ayudaron hasta que no nos cabreamos.
Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas y el precio, la atención hacia el cliente fue muy mala

The hotel outside the city centre but is a lovely place to stay.

No me dieron plaza en el garaje y tuve que dejar el coche en un parking en superficie y me preocupaba por si me causaban desperfectos, pero no fue así y el coche estaba íntegro cuando recogí
